Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my girlfriend went here last night. Ordered two sandwiches online 20 minutes before they closed.. We went to pick it up and both sandwiches were made wrong. My girlfriend walked back up to the door now 10 minutes before they closed and she told us “oh well, come back tomorrow.. I’m closed” … The door was locked. She then continued to tell us no and hid behind the counter. Two other people came that had already placed there order and didn’t get there’s. Terrible experience!! Won’t be returning. Her name is Jessica!!!!

They close whenever they want. I came here because they’re supposed to be the subway that stays open the latest at 9:00 but I show up at 8:12 and all the lights are off and no one is inside.

Came at 842pm. Walk in. Girl says sorry we’re closed. I said oh, the open sign is lit up. She says oh last 10 min… why have the sign on and be standing behind the counter? Just close the store. I understand people coming in right before close is annoying but if your open till 9, you’re still open.

I was in your subway business Sunday 5/4 and your worker Balaram I was so impressed with him he had a line almost to the door and he was working all by himself. He was so fast and efficient and so professional, and he got us all out very quickly. In my opinion I’m not sure what he makes but whatever he makes he deserves so much more. He was so friendly and kind. I’ve never met somebody at one of the subway businesses that acted like this. On another note I did have a coupon and the coupon did not say that I had to only order ham, turkey, etc., I usually go to other subways and I can buy any sandwich I would like so I think you need to change that Policy at your location because if this is the way it is, I will not be coming to this subway and I actually order at least three or four times a week so you will be losing my business. But please give your Worker more money because he deserves it

(2/2/23) EXTREMELY RUDE/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Refused service by a extremely rude lady that claims she was a manager, all because I asked for help after no one was in line. The lady began screaming and yelling at me saying she was coming I just needed to wait, but assured the customer before me who she severed, she would wait on her husband, that was not in the store at the time. I ask for her manager information she refused, claiming she was the Manager, later directing me to go look on the door if I wanted it. I told her I would report her and she said I don’t care if you do. A gentleman outside witnessed what happened said they ain’t gone do her nothing because she been working there a long time. So obviously she been assaulting people for a long time and after reading these comments, I can see that. I did get I’m touch with the owner/supervisor of that establishment, who assured me she would handle the situation.

What a ridiculous experience, The staff is too playful and inattentive to the customers. On today’s trip, I had to repeat my order to the sandwich artist 4 times because she and the other employees were playing with cookies, and talking about other employees who were not present. The manager screamed to the front from somewhere in a back room abyss and was never spotted. Whomever Ms. Pahnu is, you’re clearly a liar and completely disliked. I hope you are as aware of that fact as the myself and the other customer in the restaurant are.

Rude employee. I show up at 300 pm to order a sandwich. The employee is locking the door to closeup because she said the next person does not come in until 400 pm. That is poor customer service. Since when does a fast food place shut Shen in the middle of the day. You should always have someone working from the time you open until the time you close.

Customer service is absolutely horrible! Nothing but attitudes with these people. Withheld my money for 2 days so basically kept my money since I never received my order when I went to pick it up. This store is a complete joke! The owner should pick better employees for her store.
