As someone who works in pizza, I completely understand high wait times or forgotten items. I understand that drivers need to take multiple orders from the store at once to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
But
When my delivery quote went from roughly an hour to almost two hours and I received lukewarm food, I was pretty upset. It had been sitting around for so long after bake, that the stuffed cheesy bread was no longer apparently cut and I had to cut it myself.
The toppings on my pizza felt skimped compared to past orders, the stuffed bread didn’t seem to be cooked all the way through (raw/par cooked dough has a distinct texture and taste) and the size of the boneless chicken seemed ridiculously small (size of a nickel, if that). I was honestly better off going to Little Caesars. I love Dominos, I’m more than understanding when it comes to food quality and lack of labor, but I feel betrayed.
I’d like to think that this is Dominos in general and not just this store.
On the up side, my driver was pretty great and I wish I had cash to tip him out more.

Foods pretty good here, well made but its a real chore to actually get it. Dunno if it’s the management or the franchise or what but three different times the est. time was under 20 and for me it’s always over an hour. Pickup btw.

Hope to god they never mess up your order or forget something!!! Told to come to the store to pickup product or would have to wait hours (at this point 2 hours) more. Tried calling the store, was on hold for 14 min with no answer and then called the Burden location and at least they said they would call the Clearwater store and I waited another 10 min and finally someone picked up and I was told again to come pick up, didn’t know what else they could do.

Will they show up at the house this time? I never know… Will they forget the salad? Yes. Did I even order salad? Yes, but somehow it was deleted from my order and replaced with the St Jude .37 cent donation!!!! I removed THAT before placing my order, since I learned about their fraudulent practices. I’m sorry, Domino’s, but you suck!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas to be delivered last night. The order tracker initially told me my wait would be 50-65 minutes. After 65 minutes went by I checked the order tracker and saw an additional hour had been added to the estimated delivery time. I called the location to cancel due to the increased delivery time, and talked to a VERY rude female employee on the phone who told me that my order was with the delivery driver already and the internet was wrong. After about 10 minutes, I looked outside to see my 2 pizza’s on the doorstep but I have no idea how long they had been there because I got no notification, nor did the driver notify me. Needless to say, the pizza’s were luke warm, and my banana peppers (one of my toppings) were definitely thrown onto the pizza as an afterthought..

Just had cold food delivered.This store has the worst customer service!! If you want to wait twice as long for delivery to receive cold food-this is the Dominos store for you. Never, ever will I order from a Dominos again and this is exactly why I stopped. And if you want to complain to the store manager-he pissed me off and then hung up on me because I was pissed off.

Used to be the best dominos in tri-cities. I guess they sold the building or whatever to a new group of people that have 0 idea what theyre doing. If you order between 4-8 pm expect triple the time it used to take.
The new owner has such a condescending tone if you try and politely get your order taken care of they will start acting like a petty teenager.
