Wendy’s in Helena has the poorest service they are so slow and cars backed up to the road they are very rude to the customers and you never get your order correct ever. French fries always cold. And workers need hair nets & gloves.

Worse place to eat. They don’t give you a receipt, yet ask what you’ve ordered. Didn’t you type in the order is my question? If you want reindeer games, eat there at your own risk. No order is the same, a large is a small tomorrow and a small is a large size today. They need proper training and have terrible listening skills.

The Frosty is always runny like chocolate milk or a milkshake. It is supposed to be soft-serve ice cream that you can eat with a spoon. You cannot eat their Frosties with a spoon, so I just stopped going there.

Great food, but it could be served hot not luke warm. I thought it wasn’t supposed to be cooked until ordered. Anyway, I warmed it once home, tasted great. The sound system intercom is horrible. Tone cannot be at all understand. Definitely needs a new system. Current one sounds muffled. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered a smaller version of the baconnator meal.

All other restaurants in town should sent their employees here for training.
Food is always fresh, the servers are always polite, and they can clean out the drive-through line in a matter of minutes!

It took at least 25 mins in line. Then we ordered Chili baked potato with butter.Got the order no butter. I ordered a burger lettuce onion only no cheese. Well I got 2 pieces of cheese. Only good thing was chili and unsweet tea. Rude service.
