Why is my burger heated up so hot it literally wrinkles and don’t taste good at all and the burger becomes hard to chew the more it cools down like rubber. Every time I come here they heat my burger up too hot it’s getting to be ridiculous and is why I stopped eating here in the first place

I’m not one to complain but twice in less than a month I’ve had my order wrong. I’m always bragging about what a wonderful job dairy queen does. So polite, always smiling, wonderful food. But now I don’t know what’s going on. Food is made wrong, food is missing, and the quality has gone down hill. Do better DQ do better!!!

One of the best queens there is! they had GREAT food, service, and prices. My son and I ordered two $7 meal deals and pretzel sticks. They were outstanding and under $20. The crunchin’ cookie was great! I highly recommend this.

Food is good but the girl who took my order is rather rude. She popped an attitude when I asked a simple question. And then when I got my food she says “here you go” and practically threw my food in my truck. Someone needs to check her attitude.

Rough night for the DQ team but they did everything the could to keep the customers happy.. The lady taking the order really struggled she ended up changing us for two extra French fries we didn’t order but when we talk to them about it they quickly refunded our money and corrected it with a sorry coupon. Then when we went back up for our it cream the machine broke they tried and tried to fix it we ended up getting a dilly bar. They were all exceptionally friendly and doing there best to still make happy customers.

These folks got out good food fast during the eclipse and let the staff go watch the event. It was like a 5 hour Kitchen Nightmares stress test and they aced it. Best DQ ever.

One of my favorite places to eat, or grab some ice cream. Love the look of the remodel too, great atmosphere. They have a newer coke machine that I really like, and the soda tastes better out of it than what they did have. Great place to eat, and chill.
