One of my all time fav places to grab dinner. Everytime I’m in town I always gotta make sure to stop by. Food is absolutely amazing, the portions are large, the quality is some of the best, everything is perfectly seasoned. On top of that the service is A1, everyone is super polite and respectful and constantly check up to make sure everything is 10/10. It’s also nice that they have two options of where to sit. They have a section for more of a bar type vibe and section for a nice sit down dinner.

Watsonville’s hidden gem!! I’ve been coming here for years for drinks with friends, but now this will always be my go to for amazing food. Not only is the food DELICIOUS, the owners and staff are friendly, energetic, accommodating and overall the best part of the dining experience! Sal and Xavier are always creating a fun and welcoming environment, Josh is the friendly and funny guy you’ll fine behind the bar with some amazing cocktail skills and Sonny and Isaac are amazing servers and are always a pleasure to have a waiters.

We were in town for the night and wanted some seafood. The Fish House proved to be the perfect choice. The food was amazing. We went with the awesome staff suggestions and were not disappointed. The oak smoke which we were told was the house specialty was amazing on the artichoke and the fish. Happy hour specials were incredibly reasonable. Portions were generous. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Seafood restaurant in Watsonville open relatively late with great service
Raw oysters ⭐️⭐️: personally not a big fan of the huge oysters because the fishy taste is extra strong. Also these oysters had a lot of grit in them.
Clam chowder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: pretty solid clam chowder. Had a good clam taste while being rich but not too heavy.
Clam pasta ⭐️⭐️⭐️: felt like even though there were a lot of clams in the pasta the flavor didn’t really come out. Pasta texture was good.
Mango mousse cake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: the best thing here and one of the better mango mousses I’ve had. Surprised at how good it was considering this is a seafood restaurant.

The bar and main dining room has low light, but still well lit enough to see well.
The food I’ve had, persian salad, curry snapper, blackened chicken Alfredo and Italian sausage ravioli is always delicious. The appetizers of chicken wings and fried calamari is also always on point.

Don’t let the old look of the place and the carpet in the dining area lose your interest. The carpet almost lost mine. I’m not a fan of carpet in the dining area. If you can get past that the meals were nicely presented and deliciously served! I enjoyed my salmon paired with flavorful vegetables that were cooked perfectly. Friends had some pasta dishes paired with seafood and chicken. All enjoyed their meal. Definitely would recommend it! It mimics a northern Maine old style vibe.

A nice place in Watsonville for dinner. My steak with peppercorn sauce was good. My wife had Ceasar salad, and she thought it was ok as well. Neither was amazing but good. Clam Chowder was very good and the service was good as well. We will come back and give them another try.

We were there for dinner and stopped by around 7pm on a Sunday. The location is not far from Highway 1, so it’s a worthwhile stop when we’re in the area.
