Party of 4. Seated quickly. Very nice atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Beefy tomato soup a family favorite. Small loaves of bread served warm. BBQ pulled pork was great! Enjoy!

Nice atmosphere. Family dining. Was seated in a timely manner. Was greeted nicely. Had a good server. Very polite. I would’ve rated a 5* but food was served to my companions before me and I waited almost an extra half hour longer to get mine. The food was delicious. And my meal was removed from the bill.

Kind of average, but a bit of a let down. Place wasn’t busy when we went, but service promptness and food quality didn’t match up. Ordered a beef brisket sandwich and the meat had a freezer burned taste to it. Mozzarella sticks for our appetizer weren’t even melted; just warmed up enough to say they were cooked at all.

I have never reviewed a restaurant before, but today I need too! I placed an order with a real nice young lady yesterday by the name of Amber, she was very professional. This morning I called and spoke with Mike to confirm this afternoons pickup and he was also very friendly and professional. I got home with the Pulled Pork, the Hawaiian Chicken and Cole Slaw my guests arrived and it was the BEST FOOD, that we ever had from a restaurant! The Pulled Pork was so tender and seasoned perfectly. The Hawaiian Chicken was out of this world. I have visited the restaurant before and had the chicken so I knew it would be great, but today it was better than great. I thank the Jackson Finley’s Staff you made my birthday Extra Special with the wonderful FOOD. I highly recommend this restaurant and the to go service that they provide. Thanks again.

I went for my birthday. Slowest service, cold food and charged me for ice tea refills that the waitress just kept bringing to the table. I never asked for a refill. Asked for bread 3 times. The only part of our experience that was any good was a little 2 yr old girl running around the place entertaining everybody. Now I remember why we don’t go there unless for a birthday.

Lets say my first experience was not good. But the service was amazing! The manager made up for my experience with extra meat! Pretty awesome I would say. The smoked turkey is out of this world! Peach hard cider is to die for!

We have been here before and I’ve given high reviews. This time was a huge disappointment. Portions were exceptionally small. I got our older kids adult chicken strip dinners that normally easily fill them up, but they were still hungry afterward.
