I had a fantastic experience! From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. I wasn’t sure what to get. After getting several delicious suggestions, I went with the hook-and-ladder. The sub was phenomenal! I almost ate the box, no lie . Larry the GM was interacting so well with his team. I could tell it is a really positive and fun working environment. The store was extremely clean. I would definitely return in the future.

First time for our family. Should’ve been all 5 stars but the inside was a little bit unkept, especially since the place was fully staffed and the inside traffic was light.
The sandwich choices were vast. 3 different sizes, up to a massive 12” that’s just too much to eat unless you’re famished. GREAT FOOD!
Lots of chips and different sauces available for your taste. Overall great experience.

Place is gross. Disgusting moldy looking ceiling diffusers over your head while you eat, back half of all the lobby chairs are covered in mold stains, salt and pepper packets must be out dated when you touch them they break open, we ordered 1 of each of the soups with our subs and neither had the ingredients in them just the liquids.
Owner should have to take a few hits from the Health department.

It’s sad when you try to customize your sub and employees can’t even follow the instructions. No ranch, jalapeños, a single piece of an onion, two banana peppers and I had to pay 12 dollars. The other sub had no mushrooms or caramelized onions.
