I just wanted to share a quick note about our recent visit to Juicy Crab. Our server, Vinny was fantastic! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and even gave us some great appetizer recommendations. He made our dining experience really enjoyable.
We came down for the cricket celebration bowl and had a great time. Now we’re heading back to Orangeburg, South Carolina, feeling satisfied and grateful for Vinny amazing service.

I walked in and they were immediately lit singing a customer happy birthday! The waitress Chan came super quick and she was so pretty. She was nice, warm, and friendly. The food was good. If there was anything I wanted or needed adjusted, Chan and the staff handled it very quickly. The vibe was lit. They played all the old school songs I had to clean up to. This place is good! Overall, I do like this Juicy Crab location and I’d definitely come back again.

I literally come here all the time — and only this location. The food is usually AMAZING. Their juicy special sauce used to be to die for. That’s honestly why I keep coming back.
But tonight was different.
Right after introducing herself, our waitress told us if we left her a good review she’d give us free mozzarella sticks. I said sure because I genuinely love this place. But the service wasn’t great. It took forever to get our food and even longer to get the bill.
And the food? Something was off. The crab legs were super watery and didn’t pair well with the sauce in the broil bag at all. The flavor just wasn’t hitting like it usually does. I don’t know if they’re under new management or what, but it definitely wasn’t the same.
She came back and reminded us to leave the review so she could remove the mozzarella sticks. I left it, my husband showed her on my phone, and then we’re still waiting… I’m literally standing at the table with my young kids ready to leave at this point.
Then she comes back and says her manager can’t see the review yet, so she’s not taking it off until they can. That was the last straw.
Mediocre service, food that wasn’t up to their usual standard, and the whole review-for-food thing just felt weird and unnecessary. We ended up just paying for the mozzarella sticks and leaving.
So yeah… I deleted that “good” review and replaced it with this honest one instead.

We had such a great experience, and Chan honestly made the whole night even better. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel really comfortable. She checked on us at just the right times not too much, not too little.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers it felt like she wanted us to have a good time, not just get through her shift.
Good food brings you in, but great service makes you want to come back and Chan definitely did that for us.

The food was amazing and the staff was professional, pleasant and attentive to our party of 12. This was where my daughter wanted to go for her 13th BDay even though none of us had ever been previously. What a great day! We had a blast! Our Server Key was amazing! Somebody give her a raise! She did not miss on anything!

Worst experience ever! I normally go to Rockin Crab but figured I’d give them a try. NEVER again when I come to town. Eggs overcooked shrimp literally disintegrating as I was peeling them! Mushy! Snow crab legs over cooked. None of the shells just popped. Had to dig out all meat. I spent $130 to have to return the disgusting mess of the eggs and shrimp. I had three orders and 2 of them had the eggs and shrimp. All orders had crabs. I ordered from their website to be told seek refund from DoorDash even when returning the product. I don’t have time to sit and wait for a remake. I’ve never went to a juicy crab, even in Florida and based on this experience, I never will again!

Great place to grab some seafood. The fried oysters were fresh and hot. Sweet potato waffle fries are yummy. My friend had a boil with crab legs and shrimp and we enjoyed every bite. MJ was a terrific server and the rest of the staff were friendly and courteous as well.

Amazing service! Our waitress Jasmine at Juicy Crab was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Her energy and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was great, but her service is what made the visit memorable. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for her. She is absolutely amazing!
