I ordered my drink with no ice—this is what I received. The staff at this store were extremely rude. No apologies, no refills, and no refund offered. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Starbucks. If the barista can’t read the order instructions, the least they could do is fix the mistake.

I try not to judge places. However, the service sucks here. It didnt used to but the last few months, it sucks. I always order a latte and a cheese danish. This time around… 2 hours later, my stomach started hurting pretty bad. I hadn’t eaten anything else and I noticed the latte tasted odd. I asked for extra shots so I figured it mightve been that. A few more hours, my stomach just kept hurting. Ive had severe food poisoning before from Panera. This reminded me of a lesser version of that. I was fighting the urge to vomit. Idk if their milk was bad or left out or maybe the Danish was bad but whatever it is…I wont ever go back here. Peet’s is just down the way.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for a long time, but I had a very disappointing experience. I asked for a cup of water, and the staff rudely told me they wouldn’t serve it unless I bought a coffee. It’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially as someone who has supported this location many times. I typically prefer specialty coffee and supporting local chains but I keep coming to this Starbucks because the staff is so nice and welcoming. Scott in particular makes my day. He always offers a smile, knows my preferences and treats his peers with care. I notice him do all parts of the role, sweeping floors, food and coffee prep. I also appreciate the other staff members that speak spanish. Its all good vibes here in this starbucks.. its the staff!

They were weird about my tiny 7 lb really well be have quiet dog being in the shop. It always baffels me when coffee shops don’t allow dogs because that’s such a nice sat morning thing to do is grab coffee and walk your dog. The furniture is also dirty and cold and harsh. Not like other Starbucks, but in the end Starbucks already has pretty trash coffee so I won’t be going back…

Great team and service. The food and drinks are what you come to expect. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of the store in general but specifically the restroom. Without exaggerating, the restroom smell will make anyone vomit, not to mention that this restroom is always damp and muggy.
I have contacted Starbucks customer service as the reply from the moderator suggests that I do. I received an apology and a generic response but no resolution.
