Chiaro’s is a no frills pizzeria that delivers on great pizza and reasonable prices…it’s no wonder they seem to be the “house pizzeria” for nearby Camp Green Lane whenever a special camp event or celebration are in order!
We ordered a couple of single slices and a (gigantic!) Philly cheesesteak on the recommendation of some other patrons, and the food did not disappoint. Service was friendly; they offer sit down table service if you want but will happily let you grab your pizza at the counter and seat yourself if you want. Bonus points for real silverware and plates even though we didn’t opt for the full table service. Thank you for a great meal!

Usually pretty decent but last night it wasn’t. We got a basic Stromboli to go. When we got home and cut into it it had only two pieces of meat in it, the rest was all cheese.poor excuse for Stromboli. Not sure what happened but lacking ingredients.

The over all experience was good.
The food was good. We ended up taking a lot of food home because we couldn’t finish it.
You may need to request to add some flavour as per your taste because I have seen the flavour was a bit different compared to other Italian restaurants.

We have gotten food here before, and was always alright. But lastnight I got myself chicken wings. And I thought the taste and texture was off a little. Like skin shouldn’t be slimy on fried wings. And the flavor of the wing itself was just pungent chicken taste. I would drink the ranch after every bite cause the taste of the chicken. Needless to say this was at 6:30pm I ate them and by 1:30am im throwing them up. 100% rancid chicken, gave me food poisoning. Note I have not eaten anything but my fresh laid chicken eggs at 11am, as normal. I’m sorry for the review but I will never be eating here again as I’ve gotten food poisoning from 2 other places in the years prior and I never eat at the establishments again. It’s not hard to have and serve fresh product. Wasted my money here

Just started having my Pasta La Mere with pasta that should include clams, mussels, shrimp & scallops. Clams & mussels are fine but there are NO shrimp or scallops. Maybe next time

Edit: Wanted to update my review. I stopped in again today for the 2nd time and had one of the best slices of Sicilian pizza I’ve ever had. Perfect light fluffy crust.
Maaaan. This pizza could have been almost perfect if they didn’t drown it in Rosemary smh. I will give them another shot and probably just ask for no Rosemary. The cheesesteak roll was really good. Glad I also ordered that because with the amount of Rosemary on this pizza I can’t eat it.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! I should’ve known when we first walked in not to eat here… The family was arguing about who’s staying past 9 o’clock, and then our server was on her phone the entire time while our food was sitting behind the counter, so I walked up to the counter and had to get my own food And walked up again and ask for refills on my drink because she never came back to the table. As far as the food, it was lousy.

Sorry to say the pizza was not good. I asked for spinach and tomato on a slice of white The spinach was clumped and soggy, the tomatoes were tasteless and it was only lukewarm. Very disappointed.
