I’ve been going to this burger king a lot and today they have clear white fries with the right amount of yellow not burnt and the have the SpongeBob toys in a cool box and they still have the 2 for 5 and 3 for 7 if you ask also no one was here basically.

This is the best Burger King around the girls in there and the guys in there are very friendly.
I would give them all a raise I would make sure that their lives are good because they’re taken care of Burger King very well.
I’ve never had cold food I’ve never had anything nasty from this Burger King and the soda pop is always on point. They have the best fries around hands down.

I asked the girl for fresh fries, and she gave me stale fries. And then she handed me my meal with an attitude! All bc I asked for fresh fries. But I leave, and the fries are cold by the time I got home. So, I go back, Spoke to the manager, Angel, who made me wait five minutes only To come out with stale fries again! So I got down bc he ignored me when I called for his attention! I go inside. Angel, proceeds to talk over me and walks away while I’m talking! How unprofessional! Then, he said fresh ones were coming out and to wait if I wanted. So I waited. Only to make sure I wasn’t wrong, and sure enough, those were hot! Completely different from the last two fries they tried giving me. Is this a joke to them? Angel is just completely unprofessional in making me wait only to give me stale fries. And then walking away and ignoring me! How is he a manager? All I wanted was fresh hot fries. But apparently that’s too much trouble for them. What a horrible experience. I’m never going back and never will recommend them.

Ordered burger without mayo (due to allergy) and they put on mayo, did not see that until I had drive away, so I could not eat it. The ice tea i ordered tasted and smelled like rotten egg well water and had to toss that also. The only thing edible were the fries. Wanted to leave feed back on their site but the receipt “conveniently” had the restaurant number missing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Place was emptying when I popped in. The lady spoke better Spanish than English so I tried to answer back in Spanish. She understood me and went back to make the food with the other Mexican cook. They just talked shit about me being not Mexican and my Spanish sounding like South American garbage. First of all proud American with South American roots, sorry my Spanish was to formal, maybe we can speak English next time and I don’t have to order in Spanish. I would avoid at all cost, positive the food was good. Please note the order was also 100 correct. So pros and cons here, still would avoid.

Spent 20 minutes in line at drive through, spent another 10 at the window because they couldn’t figure out how to use chip reader, they kept trying to tap and swipe. Whopper was cold so I had to ask for a fresh one, and instead of Coke they gave me root beer (completely different). This happened on April 7, 2025 between 12pm-12:30pm. Quality control and efficiency was missed on both marks. McDonald’s is cheaper and has a more user friendly app with better rewards.

Wow burger King has really want down hill. The “chicken tendergrill” is some fake chicken patty…disgusting! All of the food was fake/filler food, nothing like the pics. First time at burger King in a few years, definitely the last too! BK feedback: purchase and serve quality food!
