Was in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes without being helped by an employee, customers kept cutting in front of me in the drive-thru before I could even talk to someone. When I said something over the drive-thru they said it’s okay. They probably have doordash, I was picking up a doordash order. I guess I’m the idiot for trying to do things the right way and go through the drive-thru normally

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. Ice cream machine worked and I got a cotton candy cloud, along with the 6 individual scooby doo toys from the happy meals, that they let me buy without a meal!

Had a bad day, went through drive thru, and the lady asked if i was okay and i had said yes and she had me pull off to the side. Got my food went home opened the bag and there was a thing of cinnamon rolls i had not ordered, she left a sweet note and it made my day 10x better. Whoever you are, thank you so much. I needed that

Literally, the ACTUAL MANAGER, was the one that took our order. Right from the start, she had a bad attitude towards us, and ended up taking our order down wrong. Even tho, she was the 1 who took the order down wrong. She never even bothered trying to replace or fix any part of it. Instead, she started trying to get mad, roll her eyes and tell me how I’m the reason why my order got messed up. I asked to talk to her manager, and she screamed at me telling me that she was the manager, and that I could leave after she got done with the last part of the order that I had to reorder just so I could still get it because she was the one that messed up the order, and 1 of the kids would not have had a sandwich, because she took 1 of the sandwiches off and switched it with a pop when I told her that I wanted a large pop aside from the rest of what I ordered. She was getting loud with me, because I told her that I ordered a Pop aside from all of that. She was the one who switched it and made it part of a trio. So then she told me that we needed to leave. She never even bothered trying to make it right or fix our order or nothing. I had to give my friends daughter my sandwich otherwise she would of just had chicken fries, onion rings and french fries. Now I see why nobody barely goes to this Burger King, and why alot of other people be talking about the customer service they have at this Burger King. #ITSUCKS….

I was in there July 31st and ordered the family meal. The 3 cheeseburgers were fine, but the 3 whoppers were very poorly put together half the toppings not even on the bun and the fry’s were old. I called, the manager said she would put my name in the book. Ok cool fine. Went in a week later and was told I only had 5 days to claim that. I was never told this. If I had been I would have came in in the 5 days. Been told nothing they can do but to talk to night manager who was there who works all sorts of crazy hours. This is ridiculous.
