This is a great Indian restaurant. We got the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is a mix between standard Tikka and a Butter Chicken. They do a nice flavorful mild version. The Naan was fresh crispy and tasty. Service was attentive and friendly on a Friday night .

I’ve never eaten at an Indian restaurant where you mix and match your curry options and get rice and naan included. It’s seriously a great deal, and I will definitely come back. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they are happy to answer any questions you might have. Also, the interior space is warm and welcoming. Be sure to check out their selection of Indian beers; they can be hard to find around here.

Since other favorite Indian places of mine, have closed, this place has been my favorite in the area for years now. They’re accommodating to allergies,as best they can, and EVERYTHING is delicious. Definitely vegan friendly, and generous portions. Good luck eating it all. Being by Willamette Park is definitely a plus, for heading over to the river to eat. I personally love, getting vegetable pakora, dal, and alu saag. So good! If you want a solid option for Indian food, I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have been coming here 2-3 times a month for several years. The food is very good and the space is clean and welcoming. The people are very friendly and forthcoming in helping you know about each new dish. With the choice of two meat dishes and one vegetable dish, rice and naan, for $14 you get a great meal. My wife and I share one tray and come away full. Highly recommend.

We went for lunch today and it was really delicious! My husband got the combination lunch platter for like $14 and it was a very good deal. He got a lot of food. I got the doll makhani and really enjoyed it. It was very creamy and well cooked. Tons of vegetarian options and great service. Would definitely come back.

I visited for midweek lunch. The lunch service is hot plate deli style, pre-made, served into a tin divided tray as the customer chooses from the available selections.

The presentation is reminiscent of elementary cafeteria style.

The staff that dished up the selected food was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant furniture was basic and clean. The wall decor was haphazard, poorly hung, and thrift store/calendar page like. Looks like a 10 year old did the wall decor. The place would look better without the distracting bad wall decor.

I am not sure what the “New” is regarding the restaurant’s name. Nothing was new or innovative regarding this restaurant. It is quite basic.

The price seemed $2 more than what I’d expect to pay for this style of lunch.

The restaurant was mostly empty during my late lunch visit.

The food tasted OK.

This would not be my first choice, but I’d eat here again.

The food was fresh and flavorful. Nas was a great server. I loved how he wiped the plates before we ate. The owner came over to check and see how we liked the food. A very clean atmosphere.

My daughter took we here for my birthday dinner . I found the food to be undercooked … the lentils were still hard and indigestible.
As were the samosas , undercooked and the pastry shell with soggy !
I do not think I will try them again .
