The location is super cute, love the interior and vibe. It smelled so clean & it was very welcoming.
We got 5 different kind of tacos: egg, crispy taco, lingue, chicken & beef.
Was amazing! Definitely will be returning to try other dishes.

This place has been a huge disappointment. I was so happy to find out that there was a new location opening close to my house. The one in Arlington is excellent, but clearly I can’t say the same for the one in Lorton. You pay $3.50 not for pupusas, but pretty much tortillas. Please see the pictures! I’ve gone there 3 times and ALL 3 times I’ve gotten tortillas instead of pupusas. Whoever the cook is sucks because it’s like the toppings are coming out of their paycheck and I’ve brought it up numerous times but they don’t care to change. So whenever I’m in the mood for pupusas I’ll gladly drive a little further to Woodbridge or Springfield to get some good pupusas! This place will quickly go out of business if they continue to act like that with their clientele!

UPDATED REVIEW: Veronica’s has changed a lot since opening. I’m sad to say the consistency in food and customer services hasn’t been as great. Menu items are regularly not available or missing key ingredients and the store on regular occasion closes and opens outside of the business hours. The food is still generally good, but all the inconsistencies make it hard to keep going back.
Original Review: Friendly service and good food! Recommend trying the pupusas, tres leche cake and tiramisu. They also have fresh baked bread and an extensive menu of El Salvadorian, Mexican and Honduran foods! Overall super excited to have this place in town.

Ordered biria and al pastor tacos. They were pretty good, except for the fact that the biria taco’s didn’t come with the consumé dip.
Wifey ordered the papusas which is now pregnant lady approved, she liked them.
Tres leches was ok, could’ve been more moist. The horchata was delicious!
Can’t say we’d go out of our way to come here, but definitely would hit it up again for lunch if we’re close. ***Try calling ahead as it does take some time to cook, which means your food is made fresh!***

Great food and friendly service. Tried some birrias tacos, taquitos, corn, and pastries. All were excellent! Make sure you order the birrias with queso because it does not come standard. Would be even better to get some of the juice for dipping. We’ll definitely be back.

Excited for this spot! We’ve tried a few tacos, two tamales, pupusa, and the Salvadorian sandwich (see picture). Really happy they opened in my neighborhood. Haven’t tried breakfast or bakery yet but will update when I do.

Been here two times and to my surprised they messed up my order both times. Once I could understand but a second time on something so simple?? We called and specified what we wanted and didn’t want in the baleada (it was only a matter of removing TWO toppings from the baleada) and then we showed up 10 minutes later to pick up the food and of course they completely missed everything we had specified. Attitude was given once I returned like I was at fault for their mistake. Customer service needs fixing and by the looks of it a lot of the reviews consist of the bad service.

I think this will be my new favorite Taco place. Tried the grilled steak and shrimp. my favorite was the shrimp with the sauce hit just right. becuase I am a shrimp girl. Steak was good also. 3 leches was delicious with the right amount of moistness.
