Ordered DoorDash because of the snow storm, they picked up pizza then cancelled my order. I called and the manager was more than willing to help me. I came in he made the pizzas fresh and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a snow day, Noah came in clutch and was busting the pizzas down serving our community during a cold day. Thanks guys. My Brother and I had Pizza’s for lunch today. A little out of the way (hidden secret). We were greeted courteously and the young lady took our order and explained the menu options. The pizzas were prepared in about 10-15 minutes. We had lemon-lime sodas. They looked great. Smelled great and tasted better. These were great selection for our lunch. We had half of each left and made a second meal for supper when we reached home. Don’t miss this place. Mostly order/take-out but worth the price

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. My pizza was honestly trash — barely any sauce at all, which made it dry and flavorless. My friend’s food wasn’t bad, but it definitely didn’t make up for how bad mine was. We also ordered the Cinnabites, and even those were not good, which says a lot because I have a huge sweet tooth. Overall, this visit was a letdown and not what we expected from Marco’s.

Terrible customer service from Sabrina on WO Ezell Blvd
I asked for carryout special Large 2 topping pizza and bread sticks waited 25 minutes on the pizza and didn’t get the bread sticks. When we asked why we didn’t receive them Sabrina argued with us at the store and over the phone that we didn’t order that special although we paid for just that. She said so your gonna come back just for bread sticks? She said no that I could call her manager in the morning because she didn’t ring up the special and couldn’t fix it smh but is a manager also. It’s beginning to be a common practice to pass the buck instead of fixing a mistake. Sabrina that shows your character when you can’t admit when your wrong

A Pizza we ordered was way greasy. We added jalapenos to our Pizza. And we got like 4 or 5 slices of jalapenos on our Pizza. And when you pick a slice up, you could just see the grease dripping off of the Pizza completely disgusting. The cheese bread was the same way. Grease pouring off of it and the cheese was stuck together. When we tried to pull a slice of cheesy bread apart, the cheese stayed on the whole while we pulled bread off from underneath It and the brownie was undercooked that we bought for dessert. People are nice buttttt are they supposed to wear gloves when handling food? I got a side of banana peppers and the girl goes to get it she scratches her nose and just picks up the banana peppers with her bare hands.. yeah I didn’t eat the banana peppers. And listen I know what it’s like working in the food industry but gloves are very important and the kitchen not being a mess is very important. But still workers were nice it was just the no gloves and the kitchen a mess for me.

Food was disgusting! I threw all the food away. My ceasar salad was completely brown and wilted with tons of Parmesan tossed on top to cover it. The pizzoli was ok, but soooo greasy, I had to pat it dry. The pepperoni calzone didn’t taste good and barely had any filling. This was my first and last time here. NEVER AGAIN!!
