This is an absolute embarrassment. We have kids and came here for dinner. There were only 2 other customers at the time. First of all the drink machine sprayed orange at me and ruined my $40 shirt…. The employee looked at me and said “yeah it does that” I suggested a sigh and she said “our owner doesn’t like signs” the team laugh in customers faces and they’re wearing pajamas and sports bras. Then we waited 30 minutes for our food. We got grilled cheese for our kids and it was warm and soggy bread with cheese in it. When I asked out it they laughed and said the owner doesn’t let us have the right things. When placing the order they don’t welcome you or even speak. They just look at you. One of the employees was heard singing explicit songs loudly from the kitchen. Still no apology for my shirt and when we asked to speak to someone about these kids they said “our owner doesn’t let anyone speak to him”
Knowing the history of FireHouse Subs I know this is not normal. I will send this in an email to them also. This is our second time here. The first time was the exact same. The ovens weren’t working and we said that’s ok and we’re happy to have cold subs and the team said “our owner doesn’t fix anything”.
While there, we noticed how dirty it was and trash all over and not once did they clean up. They just looked at their phones and made a lot of person calls.

Food was okay but service was bad, the worker with her whole stomach hanging out her shirt was difficult. Our order was 3 sandwiches and two sides. We only got the sandwiches. Place was dirty my shoes stuck to the floor. Bathroom smelled and had not been cleaned in a couple days. Firehouse is always a clean company.

Went today to get a couple subs and I can’t believe the poor service and lack of supplies here. First greeting was, “We don’t have no turkey”. So looking at menu, asked for NY steamer, and again told don’t have corned beef. Then wanted the chicken sub and guess what, don’t have. Then wanted tea, which hadn’t even been set up to have any. As far as service went, they could have cared less. This is a Friday, how are you out of so much before the weekend even starts? Won’t be back.

I placed an order for me and my coworkers at 4:15 to be ready at 6:05pm. When we arrived my coworker decided to check her food being that she requested no tomatoes as she is highly allergic as well as no onions and mustard. She informed the manager and rather than remaking the sandwich she simply pulled them off. We decided not to make a big deal about it and just to go get her something else to eat. As I pull out the parking lot my other coworker reached for her food only to discover that the food was cold. We collectively decided to just get something else to eat. When we arrived back to return the food we explained that the food was cold only to find out that it was made it 4 and not 6 as the pick up time said. They claimed it was due to it not showing the proper pick up time when ordered. They said we couldn’t get a refund due to the food leaving the store so we left the UNTOUCHED food on the table. The next morning I called to speak to the store manager and they said that they couldn’t refund the order due to the food being half eaten and the only thing they could do was remake the food. I later on came to the store and asked to see the images of the food and two of the sandwiches was half eaten and the one with the tomatoes had a bite taken out of it. I asked if the manager had access to the cameras and she told me she couldn’t pull them up and she knew for sure her associates would not touch the food however the food was in whole when it was left on the table. Out of frustration I just asked for the food to be remade and left. This was the absolute worst food experience I have ever had.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! I have been twice in a week between 5-6 pm each time. And I have been told we are not taking orders. There were literally people sitting in there eating. I don’t understand why o can’t be served. The most recent time I opened the door and was yelled at “were not taking orders!” No apologies or reason why.

This is the worst location i have ever been to if i could give 0 stars i would. i went there 4/30/25 at 6:08 with an intent to pick up my doordash order. i have been fasting and didn’t eat all day. the employees that were working was just sitting there when i went in to ask about my order they told me to refund it. they were so rude and laughed when i walked out. i don’t understand why they couldn’t make my order if they was eating too. this was so disgusting and disrespectful. i would like to speak to the higher up. No one should ever have to have this type of experience.

Hands down- worst Firehouse Subs I’ve ever been to. First, there’s like random sketchy dudes meandering from in front of the counter and then back in the back area and all around the restaurant. Who are these dudes? Why are they in the back where the food is? Sketchy
Second the sub took (Not an exaggeration) 26 minutes to make. There were 5 employees and maybe three customers inside and somehow it took them half an hour to make my sandwich which by the way was awful and sloppy. They didn’t even cut it in half. It was murdered with mayonnaise. It looked like the scene of an accident with meat and fluids splattered everywhere.
The soda machine had like more than half of every flavor out. You mean you have that many employees and not a single one of them could stop to go fill up the fountain machine before 12:00?
Skip this place and go to Chick Fil A.

This Firehouse subs shop is Horrible the service is Terrible the employees are young and inexperienced. I went in an ordered a Brisket sandwich with chips. There was about four young females and one young man behind the counter the female that took my order left and the young man took his sweet time making my sandwich the others stood around laughing and talking. I’m standing looking at him wondering what’s taking so long it’s been 20mins. I get my sandwich an leave back to work. Take a bite of the sandwich meat (tuff) can’t chew it what is THIS so I called to say my sandwich is not right the employee that answered the phone said she was the manager an since I had eaten some of the sandwich she couldn’t give me a refund. I said no I only took one bite I didn’t eat it she hung the phone up on me I called back not sure who answered they said hello I said my name an the phone went dead. So I went back there because now I’m . When I get there I was told I can’t get a refund because I didn’t have a receipt I was not given one an I said you should be able to see on you register that I was just here 20 minutes ago. Just so happen I charged my purchase and I showed her the charge from my phone. Long story short another employee was sitting inside looked at my sandwich and said to the other employee that my sandwich was wrong the meat was not Brisket but Cornbeef she made me a New sandwich, no apologies or nothing at this point I’m so angry I don’t want to eat. Firehouse you have lost a customer.
