The restaurant is very large and wasn’t too busy around lunchtime. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. The fish tasted extremely fresh, and there wasn’t too much rice in the sushi. Service was great and very prompt, with dishes coming out quickly.
My favorites were the salmon and salmon avocado rolls. I also loved the chicken lettuce wrap, which was very flavorful. There’s a wide selection of fish and plenty of cooked sushi roll options. The appetizers also came out hot and had a nice crisp.

Our family absolutely loves this place! We come here almost every week — it’s truly a feast every single time. The sushi and rolls are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I really appreciate that everything is always available — no missing items, no waiting, just top quality and great variety, including sashimi, and all you can eat with no limits!
The staff is amazing — fast, attentive, friendly, and always smiling. It makes the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
Sometime we come as a big group, and it’s convenient that they allow table reservations. Last time there were 8 of us, and everything went perfectly — our table was ready, and the service was flawless, no hiccups at all.
This restaurant has become one of our family’s favorite spots. Whenever we “vote” on where to go for dinner on the weekend, this place almost always wins — despite all the other great options around. Highly recommend! ❤️

Came here on a whim while craving some sushi one night and it wasn’t at all bad. The host greeted us and explained their AYCE sushi pricing. The wait staff was attentive and stopped by frequently to check in on us. The food is about what you’d expect from an AYCE but it was pretty good. They don’t overly put rice just to fill you up and they had so many varieties of appetizers, sushi, sashimi, dessert, etc to choose from. The food came out speedy without much waiting or downtime and i thought it was a pretty decent bang for your buck. As long as your expectation is set appropriately, this place should be checked out.

This place is perfect for a date night, gno and celebrations. Parking in the front is crowded but ample parking in the back.

UMIYA in Frisco is a great spot if you’re looking for a solid all-you-can-eat option for both lunch and dinner. The variety on the menu is impressive, with plenty of choices to keep things interesting from start to finish. Everything we tried was fresh and well prepared, and the service was attentive and efficient, especially considering how busy it gets. It’s an excellent place to come hungry and enjoy a relaxed meal without feeling rushed. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Decided to try an AYCE sushi in Texas! Came in with a buddy we tried to sit at the sushi bar but I guess they dont do that so we took a table. We sat down immediately and our server asked to take our order which was good. We ordered a variety of things that were not on the lunch menu so we got the dinner. Not sure why yellowtail isn’t on the lunch but whatever. Pace of service was great and the fish we got was a majority of sashimi style dishes. The quality of fish was overall good not great but being all you can eat… knife cuts were a bit inconsistent and many peices stuck together. Just little things they can work on but not bad at all. I will definitely come back.

Been here 3 times now, I prefer dinner menu over lunch for sure. Tremendous food, service is shoddy. Sushi is good, sashimi & nigiri are very good but sides /soups / salads/ appetizers are really good. $22 lunch. $33 dinner.
There are speciality dishes as well do dabble in those. The best thing on the menu is the hibachi steak! Veggie egg roll isn’t that great. Anything with pineapple is spectacular. Udon noodle / fried rice with pineapple is a game changer. Chicken lettuce wrap is tasty. Shrimp tempura is good don’t change the current recipe as of today 12/26/25. Will be back. Management is great.

You can definitely get your money’s worth with the AYCE option. We went on a weekend lunch so it was quite busy but service was still prompt. Good selection and variety. The food for the most part was fresh. The only con — on this day in particular, it seemed they were substituting shrimp for the crab in their crab rolls.

Good food and friendly service. The AYCE is much more cost-effective than the regular menu, so just stick to that and pick out what you want from that menu instead. Nice and fresh. Ice cream was much larger than expected. Didn’t get to take a picture of my eel nigiri because I ate it right up.
