I ordered a 15 piece wing and noticed one of the wings was covered in a cluster of deep fried feathers. I called the store no answer. Submitted a formal complaint on the website no response. I am still awaiting a refund. 28.99 for a mouth full of feathers?! Never again

When my sister walked into the restaurant no one was at the front to greet her. Then a young lady came from the back. When she attempted to place an order with the lady she began speaking Spanish to a young man sitting in the corner eating. After they finished conversing, the young tells my sister that he is on his break and if she wanted to place an order she needs to do it online. Rather than placing the order online we chose to leave. If I could have given 0-stars i would have because I didn’t get a chance to taste the food and clearly received no service. As once working in food service I understand the need to take your breaks but business should not stop because you have no relief.

I wanna be clear on how this went. I ordered the 20 bone in wings online for 20 bux. Now they FORCE you to pick a dip that they CHARGE you EXTRA for. Really??? So I look in my bag I got my 20 wings and this tiny single container of ranch. Wait a minute, shouldn’t I have at least FOUR of these tiny containers for 20 pieces of chicken? I go back in an ask where is the rest of the ranch that I was forced to buy? I was told you only get that one tiny container for all that chicken. It’s a shame how STINGY these restaurants are when it comes to providing you with the proper amount of condiments for your purchase. I won’t go back simply because of them not doing me right. When I patronize I have a level of expectation that needs to be met when I spend my money. I have bought 10pc wingstop combos and it comes with more FREE dip that what I had to pay for.

I’m literally calling them on the phone from outside they litteraly forwarded or hang up on me every time I call. I came in and they told me I can only order over the app? Whoever is working there needs to be fired they are lazy especially the chicke with braces and glasses she’s mad at the world for her own reason. Literally do not come here. The service sucks and is super inefficient. I ordered take out and the service was still bad. They told me it would be 20 minutes for pickup after I called and I ended up waiting another 50 minutes after the original 20 they had told me it would be. Not to mention I ordered over the phone and they didn’t submit my order until I got to the restaurant AFTER they ignored me standing at the register for like 15 minutes.

But as you guys can see there a something right there that lint string thing was in between the fries I called them and the manager Christian was rude as hell talm bout” what you want some new fries or something” no I want my damn money back overall, I’m not going to go into the whole details but at this particular location I suggest y’all do not go here at all. Ordered online to skip the line, got there 3 minutes after the app said it was done. Showed them the name they said they didn’t have it then continued to ignore me for 30 minutes while all 3 of them stood in the back tossing chicken. Finally caught one asked her if they had it or if they were going to make it she said it was on the 30 minutes later they asked me for my details of my order to which i obviously asked to just cancel the order very unpleasant experience here! I don’t even write reviews but those people in there are so funky and they know they funky they lucky I’m not as crazy as I want to be. I work in costumer service too and understand that mistakes happen and we’re all human but why would that funky 304 tell me they’re making my food and she don’t even know what I want…

LOCATION: Safe area. plenty of parking. Well lit and clean . No vagrants or panhandlers. Skatepark next to the car park.

FOOD: Fries were disappointing. 2 orders of Large fries. Some were small and hard while other were soft and yellow. No consistency. Boneless were over cooked and over breaded. Breading on Boneless was too tough and not chewy and soft like usual. The classic lemon pepper were cooked through and through all around

PRICE: Same as other franchises. ( City tax varies) $$

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Not only did the gentleman at the cashier knew how to speak and understand Spanish; He commanded his post with amazing character. He stayed Cool,Calm and collected all the mean while handling phonecalls, taking care of the dashers, Communicating with the cooks. Not once did he raise his voice or tripped over his words. He took care of everyone like a conductor at a symphony. This is the kind of service I’ll tip for gladly. It was CS above and beyond. Whom ever you were working at the wingstop on San Pablo ave at around 830 , 9, Dude Game Recognizing Game
