Pizza was ready for pick up when we arrived.
We spent $35 for 2 pizzas that will provide 3-4 meals for 2 people.
The pizza is always made fresh to order and if we make changes to the toppings, they honor our request.

The store on 17th is actually closer to me, but I go out of the way to go to this location. The younger guys in here are always so friendly and helpful when I grab a pizza in the evenings. I appreciate their good service and good manners.

This review is for the Broadway in Idaho Falls location. Not sure why they post business hours because it is definitely up to the staff members when they want to close!! Been there on two different occasions , during posted business hours,, doors unlocked, employees in the store,, were rude and refused to provide service because they wanted to close.. Will never go back. Plenty of other pizza joints around here.. Not very clean. Go somewhere else that knows what customer service is and,,,,,if you are not going to service your customers you can at least clean the store.

I have found this Papa Murphy’s store to always be clean and inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pizza is fantastic. It is easy to find and right off Hwy 20. Easy car access from and back to Hwy 20.

Been here a few times and had a good experience each time. Also got some good ole coupons in the mail, so that always helps.
The inside area was clean and even decorated for Halloween, which was nice.
The food itself I have gotten from here has been good quality and tasted good.

We have been buying pizza here for years. Never had a major problem with the pizza. Tonight however, I went through the drive through like normal and noticed both gentlemen making the pizza have long hair hanging over the pizza as they are making it. Dont know if hair nets are required but nobody wants a long strand of hair in their food.

Wow, How are is it to make a pizza? The olive only pizza Is riddled with onions Which we had to painstakingly sift throug. Then the second pizza was supposed to be half and half. What we received was 3/4 Hawaiian and 1/4 meat. Not to mention the baking instructions were laid flat on the pizza instead of between the plastic sheeting like they normally would have. Terrible, and so disappointing…

Super cheap large pizza on Tuesdays! I come here to pick up a (usually Cowboy) pizza to throw on the smoker. If time permits, I would pick this place over frozen pizza any day of the week. You don’t eat here, you just take a raw pizza of your choice home that is prepped right then and there with fresh ingredients. Awesome
