Guy that took order and was at window was rude. He acted like it was a huge bother for him to make my food. We waited 15min for fresh fries. The fries taste like they was old and put down in fryer again. The hamburgers are so hard they aren’t edible. They look and taste like they was from yesterday. Will not be eating at this location again. Do better .

Manager waited on me-no morning greeting, she looked at me like I was bothering her in fact. My food was slung on the tray as to the hash rounds were scattered out on my tray. Very cold reception. No manners at all.

Attempted to go through the drive through after work about 5:45 on 1/21/26 and whoever was working the window was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Very rude, you shouldn’t act that way towards customers. I left midway through the order. I refuse to let someone be rude to me like that. Not sure his name but looked like he was new cause I haven’t seen him there before.

I always go through the drive through and I’m blown away by the kindness that Mari Brayden show me(hope I spelled their names right)! They are always pleasant, patient and attentive. I came through the drive thru yesterday and they were both working so it really made my day! These two are a prime example of great customer service!! Thanks guys ❤️
