A friend and I had a very pleasant dining experience inside this location due to one employee. There was a very nice woman that told us she was moved over from the Giddings location, she was amazing! Amazing costumer service, unlike her coworkers. We are so happy she is now at our Lagrange TacoBell!!!!

Clean and simple. Would give all 5 stars. Easy access from the highway. Plenty of parking. Good variety of veg and non-veg choices. Like any taco bells’ food is tasty. It’s also spacious and has a very clean ambience. Has an attached covered outdoor sitting area as well if you prefer. Plenty of sitting area inside. Clean bathrooms. Prices like that of any Taco bell are also very inexpensive. OVERALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’ve already made 2 complaints on the app about the order not being made correctly. I’ve been refunded twice with the second time a call from I think from the General Manager. Throughout the phone call she excessively repeated how she hated having bad reviews and took them seriously, but going through drive thru today to use my tier rewards and promo code from the previous messed up orders, nothing has changed. They still act like it’s a wrestling match with the tacos, and they have the sanity to not give you any napkins, but about 59 packs of sauce nobody asked for! I told the manager I would keep coming back as her calling me showed responsibility, but gosh, just forget it at this point. I will not be making stops here anymore. Also my teen daughter worked here almost a year ago and I see the same employees who she worked with, so this isn’t some newbie issues, it’s management issues at this point.

Like always we just enter Taco Bell just for two thing Taco Bell crunch wrap or hot coffee.
This time we stopped first time while we were coming back from Round Rock / Austin at this location, we didn’t got coffee when we stopped at one location in Round Rock.
The staff was super friendly specially the Cashier Christian who attended us.
I got regular hot coffee and my wife tried first time Iced Coffee to go and we both enjoyed during our travel.

Look Honestly my review may be harsh. Frankly I think its the best fast food your finding in Lagrange. But they have one little red head girl there, Zoey I think that is just plain rude, I ate in once and heard her spoutting slurs like some joke. And honestly I was really uncomfortable but I did’t want to be a ‘Karen’ or whatever. And then that same girl was just as snippy and rude today snatching my money and slamming the window all huffy! I mean don’t get me wrong everyone has their days but everyone else there has been so nice and it honestly I’m not even comfortable enough to eat in more. Like their were people around. Overall I’m just disapointted nobody has done anything yet. I doubt I’m the only one to complain.

First time we ate here about a month ago it was really good. Whatever happened between then and now is ridiculous. Twice now they have forgotten to put some of our food in the bags, the food doesn’t even taste the same, the food is dry, the new nuggets have apparently been sitting out a while, and most of everything is “out of stock”. Not to mention Shaquita or whatever her name is working the drive-thru has a nasty attitude towards people. Costs zero dollars to do better
