I’ve visited this Jack-in-the-Box a couple times in the past month. I pre-ordered online, and it was still one of the slowest fast-food restaurants I’ve experienced. I don’t think they have enough people working there. Also, the hamburger meat had more gristle (hard chunks) on it than other fast-food places.

Cluck chicken sandwich not very good for first try. Mostly breading. Curly fries were all pieces and not hot.

Its 10pm tonight 10/21/2025 but the AC was blasting cold like around 45° inside. It feels like qe were inside the feeezer. Family and I did not enjoy our late dinner. We asked the staff if they could atleast adjust the ac temp and she said “we cant”

First time dining in, 3 people working, so getting orders out took some time. We went to order, and the person taking our order was maybe the manager. She was telling an off duty employee to stand in another spot. She was still talking at him as we were trying to order. We didn’t get a receipt butI will be talking with corporate.

This is a great Jack-in-the-Box. Unfortunately there is a lot of homeless factor that frequents the place been approached every time that I park in the parking lot. Otherwise this place is great. The food is good and I’m so happy. They brought back the pineapple shake.
