Since they make it impossible to contact the BK website if you have a compliment or complaint, I’ll air my grievance here! I went into the Burger King at 3519 Mormon Coulee Rd in La Crosse this morning. (12/20/25 around 8:45 am) The girl (with the multi colored hair) working the counter said I’ll be right with you. She then proceeded to have a conversation with a coworker, look around her work space absentmindedly, chat with a coworker again, prep a bag for an order that was still being cooked, ignore me, look around some more, ignore me some more all the while she stood not really doing anything she could have already taken my order! Mind you, Burger King does NOT have kiosks to order in their lobby. This was lazy judgement and very poor customer service. In addition, this store is alway dirty, the soda area is constantly covered with sticky spills, the entry doors are always smeared with grease, food and trash on the floor, and the food – usually questionable. There are many other options within blocks of this place, so I left and went to one of the competitors. There are usually very few people in this establishment. It no surprise why. How come BK has such a hard time doing a good job? I’m unable to answer any of the additional questions about eating there because I was not served and knew it wouldn’t be worth waiting. There were no other people in line and only 2 tables with customers at this prime breakfast hour. Don’t bother…

Food is always good. Get a fish sandwich and whopper w/cheese.
Only complaint is sandwich must be already prepared because they are usually only lukewarm when we get them.
If they could be hotter it would make the meal much better

This location is a hit and miss for me. They advise burgers for breakfast, but then I’m told that it takes 45 minutes to heat the grill?? ♀️ I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there, and this was after me saying aloud “Hello??” Then she responded with “oh I didn’t even know you were there!” Annoying.

No accuracy on orders!! Not sure if your staff cares or not BUT…… when you order 2 dbl cheeseburger 1 single cheeseburger an order of 8 chicken fries! And you get home to find that you got 1 dbl 1 bacon double 1singke and ONLY 4 chicken fries! Mad and Bad!! It’s Called ORDER ACCURACY!!! Learn it and Use it!!!! SMH

The customer service sucks. We greeted the person at the register and she didn’t even respond and had a mean look on her face. The chicken wrap was burnt and dry. The buns was dry and hard, probably expired. I was not satisfied. Would have addressed it but I had to leave quickly due to important priorities. I will not return to this location.
