Wonderful surprise to see a new Brown’s Chicken, especially on Rt-41. Location is convenient if you are a traveler. Stopped by Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. Customer service was Ok. Order was ready within less than 5 minutes. 2 piece dark meat chicken and biscuit came out hot and juicy with the perfect amount of crunch. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

So excited that Brown’s Chicken open by us. I ordered the fried mushrooms that I used to eat as a kid so delicious. The fried chicken is crispy and not even a bit soggy. My husband’s first time trying Brown’s Chicken he loves it.

We were so excited about this location opening. We just threw away $50 on Friday dinner. The chicken was completely inedible. If you think this will taste like any Brown’s chicken you have ever eaten, you will be shocked. We threw it all in the garbage. Never going back. After this, we may never eat Brown’s again!

Worst experience here ever. Catfish was not good had more breading than fish seems like it was sitting pop was expired. Tried to get refund for catfish and couldn’t. They could’ve atleast asked for a different option instead of leaving us with this nasty fish. Never returning. Save yourself a headache and go to the browns/test kitchen in Waukegan

Clean and efficient location I ordered gizzards, mushrooms and chicken with lg coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy all fresh and delicious. Good promotions on chicken only I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Their sandwiches and bowls are delicious! The staff is fast, polite, and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy with your meal. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The chicken had just the right amount of seasoning to compliment the juicy texture. It was absolutely OUTSTANDING!
The staff was super friendly and didn’t rush me at all. I enjoyed my meal and had a great conversation with the cashier who complimented my outfit (he enjoyed griz too).
If you are looking for a place that is reasonably priced, has excellent service, and delicious food, this is the place to go!
