I usually get more meat than this when I order normal tacos. I ordered extra meat on 3 tacos and they all look like this. I ordered no lettuce on everything, but they must not have changed gloves or something because I had random lettuce bits in it. I dont understand how there is nobody coming through the drive through, I’m the only person in the lobby, and it took over 15 minutes for this low quality “food”. Huge waste of money.

Our order included items we didn’t order, THIS TIME. Previously we’ve had our Taco Bell takeout orders: missing items, things that we’ve left off certain ingredients (which was absolutely necessary due to severe allergic reactions), food orders that never showed up – and when I called to speak with the Manager on duty about those, the employee who answered just insisted it was delivered and accused me of trying to scam them for a meal. It’s truly getting a little crazy at this point.

this place has been going down a lot lately, idk about daytime service e but 2nd shift is awful, in addition to no sour cream in my tacos or on the side that they charge for, my tacos were near empty. also I called to tell them they messed up, they offered for me to come back and get new ones. Costumer service is horrible, I placed an order through their app and needed to cancel it and to get a refund but was told that they had nothing to do with that and that I had to try and contact HQ to get a refund! So disappointing. I used to love this place in a pinch for fast food almost Mexican food. Over $18 for a small burrito ,nachos and a soda. Food was sub standard and gross. Went in to order and 2 computer screens with no other means to order. Started with the first, the system crashed. Went to the second…also crashed…back to the first and crashed again. Props to the employee working take out who came over and assisted. Dining and soda area were filthy. Next time I will spend the extra few bucks and go to an authentic Mexican restaurant.

Order on app to customize my tacos. Clicked NO CHEESE. So my child can eat a regular hard taco. Loaded with cheese. Thanks Taco bell for almost sending my child to the hospital for a dairy allergy. Beef and lettuce. How do you mess that up???

Typically I am not one to write anything however ordered a number 6….2 chalupa and they were placed in the bag and the wrapping g was crumbled inside of it.. I am very polite and reasonable so I am u sure of the reason. I attempted to call the store 5 times and it rang and then was busy….very disappointed

i’m finally writing a review about this because this is unacceptable.EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there they always terribly ruin my food.
EVERY TIME. and it’s not even CLOSE to my order. it’s absolutely horrendous. Here’s a thought, hire people who are actually capable of making food. these employees are TRULY of another species, and i can’t even comprehend how they can’t read a screen, it’s not that hard. My 5 year old niece could run this place better.
