Ordered takeout for the first time since moving to the Bedford area. We ordered a large supreme pizza, a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Our son had chicken club. All very good but the favorite was the thin crust pizza. Placing the order, parking and picking up the order easy. Friendly help. And very reasonable price too. We’ll be back! PS I didn’t rate the atmosphere since takeout but the place is cozy and busy for 8:30pm. Seemed relaxing with low volume classic rock playing.

For fresh food done right at a fair price and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet especially your night manager and crew, this place is somewhere you should always want to come back to. If you happen to be in the area it’s worth it to stop in and if you’ve been here before you know it’s time to go back tonight!

My husband and I visited this establishment tonight. They were busy. We waited longer than normal. I asked the wait staff how much longer and she informed me we were the next one out. Our food came, I needed a knife to cut my calzone(which is usually cut in two). She left our table to help another customer. I am still waiting as my food is getting cold. She went to another table close to ours and I asked her for a knife again. She then went into the kitchen and another person(maybe the cook) walked over to our table and slammed the knife down next to me and said, “I hear you are yelling at my help for a knife”. My husband and I stood up and walked out. We didn’t even get to touch our food. My husband has been coming to this establishment for 50 years. Never again.

I always like to support local, and just discovered this place today after recently moving to the area. The pizza was solid, the Stromboli Supreme was very good, and the breadsticks and pizza sauce (for dipping) were amazing!

Editing to add additional pictures and comments!!! This is such a cute little pizza place! Newly remodeled, but it’s kept some of its old charm from years past! Best pizza and breadsticks too! We love coming here! Service is usually pretty good, like I said in the original post, we’ve never really had any issues! They have really good garlic butter and cheese sauces also!

I got blamed for a dirty toilet. I didn’t realize it was the public’s job to clean the restaurants toilets when management doesn’t know how to clean. Also the aggressive young lady told me to not come back tho I’ve been coming here before she was even born. I brought my out of state and out of country friends for a local and my hometown pizza shop. I’ve never had any experience like that there and apologized to my friends since this bad experience was my idea. I’m embarrassed for greccos.

Having ate at the Mitchell location, I really wanted to try the original location here in Bedford.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant was clean. We chose our table as the only patrons in the restaurant (11am). Waitress took our drink order. We received our drinks really quick. Placed our order around 11:07. During our wait for our order there were 2 carry outs that must have called ahead. We didn’t receive our food until 11:40. Not impressed with the amount of time we had to wait.
The breadsticks came first and unfortunately they didn’t have the crispness that those at Mitchell have. They have a flaky crispy snap to those. These here in bedford were just a chewy dough. Flavor was still good. Cheese has a bit of spice. The pizza was a thinner crust (personal pan, pepperoni) dough had good flavor, sauce had good flavor. Cheese was a bit on the greasy side. Pepperoni had a nice spice to them. The crust of the pizza had that flaky, crispness that I so desired on those breadsticks. All in all the pizza was on point. Very good pizza. A tad greasy.
Much to my disappointment the Waitress was nice. All the 1 star reviews suggest a rude customer service, so I was kinda looking forward to that, unfortunately she was pleasant. Better luck next time I suppose.
Pros: Really good pizza. Fantastic crust. Fair price. Nice waitstaff.
Cons: Doughy breadsticks (need the same snap the pizza crust has), longer than expected wait for food, nice waitstaff.

We love Greccos and last night we tried to dine in. Sat there for 25 min and was not waited on or even acknowledged that we were there. There were 3 other tables filled and they were being waited on. Lots of people coming in to pick up call in orders and they were waited on.
Just disappointed. We had to walk out. You have a nice dining room, but maybe we just need to call in and take out ♀️

Very rude employees, very quiet sedate atmosphere. Talking seems to be discouraged. Food was good & affordable, not worth the rude employees.
