We came here to eat dinner with our sisters, service was good, the food was good, make sure to ask for the basket of frys. We had to wait about 20 mins to be seated on a friday night around 8pm. We got the shrimp, and the burgers. Will come back.

Service was excellent and the food was good. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, and it came without the bacon. Not a major issue, and our server did take care of the situation.
I will say this though.. we ordered an appetizer which was delivered quickly, but then our meal came immediately right after..and then we got a basket of fries for ” the table” delivered as well, which was supposed to ” get us started”. It’s overload when everything comes out all at the same time.
Overall experience was good. We will definitely be back.

Our server Danielle was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed. Our root beer floats and lemonades were never empty! The French fries were seasoned perfectly. Always order the ranch it’s so good! The restaurant was very clean and everyone was very nice.

We stopped for lunch/dinner at the Red Robin off Hwy 76 in Brighton,and this wasn’t our first visit. Every time we come in, Gerard makes a point to stop by our table—and others—to make sure everything is going well. That kind of attention really makes a difference.
Gerard always has a smile, a great attitude, and provides fantastic customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and making sure everyone has a great experience.
The food is always good, but the service—especially from Gerard—is what really stands out. Thank you for going the extra mile and making us feel welcome every time.

Server and food was nice enough but server was more concerned with chatting with their friends who came in to their section. Bill came out and the subtotal did not add up to what was on the bill. There was some mystery $.99 charge on the bill that was not reflected anywhere. Didn’t notice until we got home. Have contacted corporate over this and still haven’t heard anything back.

RR is always a great time, and this location is no different. We usually go out of our way to come to this one, even though we have another location closer. We always get great service and today we got Rico, who was super friendly and very attentive, getting us refills before we asked and always asking what we needed with a smile. He’s so great! We will definitely be back soon!
