Go for the food and then get out of there. Dairyland is the main draw of this place. We went during a Sunday bingo event and the service was downright horrible. There were two bartenders but only one was working most of the time. The redhead bartender(who we found out was the owner) spent much of her time outside smoking cigarettes with other customers. She didn’t wash her hands after coming back in either. The other bartender kayla was very nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed doing the work of two and it took forever to get drinks. The owner also rolled her eyes after my friend asked for another Bloody Mary as if it was a hardship for her to make it. Again, the food is superb but that’s where it ends.

Food is amazing! Went for lunch, I got the pulled ham sandwich and mac n cheese! Also got the pork skins and the portion was huge and they were really good as well! Will be back!

This was such a disappointing experience. This was my second time at Redbar & Saucy Swine. My first visit was amazing — the food was so good I couldn’t wait to come back. Unfortunately, this time was a huge letdown.
I spent almost $90 and drove 40 minutes expecting another great meal, but what I got was mostly fat instead of actual brisket. It was barely edible — hardly any meat, just thick, greasy fat slices. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable.
I’m really disappointed because I had high hopes based on my first visit. Sadly, after this experience, I most likely wont be returning, or recommending this place anymore.

Nostalgic comfy little restaurant nestled in a small neighborhood. Ample seating at the bar and tables. The only option to have a seat back is to seat at the bar, otherwise the tables are high top tables. Decent beer selection, with local options. The bbq here is where this place really shines. The bbq Mac n cheese has lots of meat and is a great serving size to feed any appetite! The quesadillas are also nicely filled and taste great. 6 bbq sauces to choose from to compliment and bbq and taste preference. My personal favorite was smoke & fire. Not too spicy, and loaded with flavor!
An absolute must stop by, for any bbq enthusiast!

Awesome bar and little music venue. Bartenders are very friendly, and the owner is dope. Saucy Swine, their kitchen is the bomb. That reuben sandwich!!!

Nice neighborhood tavern – Ula-Ula tiki bar upstairs. Great sammies and a nice selection of beer. Staff was friendly and helpful . The clientele were nice urban sorts.

Loved looking at the walls filled with memorabilia and catching some of the game on my 1st time being here.
Loved the food and the sauces, you gotta try the bourbon beans, they were one of my favorite things.
Hope to be back soon

This is a nice all around bar. You can go here on the weekends and party like you’re young again. Also if you need a shuttle to a Brewers game this is a great place to go. Bartenders are friendly and on point!

Went to Red bar on Sunday for a jukebox bingo event that was taking place and we had an incredible time on Saturday and because we do the best we can to follow different jukebox bingo events it gives us the opportunity to visit many different bar and grills so I am happy we had the chance to visit Red bar because the staff was very friendly and the entire crowd of the bar was in a great mood singing along with all the songs although I do wish there was more seating available and I believe there was because I noticed an upstairs but there was a velvet rope blocking it off and if you know anything about velvet ropes it’s that you must never cross them lol but what really won me over aside from the great people was the food now I only had a chance to try one dish me and my girlfriend shared the elote sprouts which is which is basically fried Brussels sprouts one of our favorite foods topped with elote one of our other favorite foods so needless to say it was a win-win situation and we definitely made the right choice but the drinks can get to rather expensive my girl ordered a crown apple with cranberry and pineapple juice and it came out to 10 dollars and fifty cents which is fine in the busier parts of the city but at a smaller establishment I expect smaller prices although overall I would definitely visit this place again just for the food because after looking through the menu they just have too many items I need to try so I look forward to my next visit and recommend anybody in the area to check out Redbar for good music a good crowd and most of all a good time.
