Addition: the coconut cream pie is ALSO one of the best I’ve ever had! This place is unbelievably good!
She definitely missed her Blessing!
I visited again for lunch and had a great experience.. My 16oz t-bone was cooked and seasoned perfectly.. I tried the mashed potatoes for the first time, too, and they were good..

Two of my coworkers and I were in the area for business and visited Cattlemen’s for lunch today.. The restaurant was teeming with lunch diners during our visit and had ample staff on hand to accommodate the crowd..
This wasn’t a first visit for any of us, but this is the first time I’ve opted to do a review..
I ordered the lunch T-bone (16 oz) with fries and the house salad.. I asked for their house and vinegarette dressings on the side..
Everything was delivered to the table as ordered.. The salad was fresh, cold, and crisp, and the dressings were delightful.. I enjoyed both dressings equally, and both stand apart from any other dressings I’ve enjoyed at other restaurants..
The steak was simply seasoned with salt and pepper and was cooked just a bit beyond the medium that I requested.. Despite that, the steak was flavorful, juicy, and quite deelish without additional seasoning..
The fries were delivered hot and fresh with a light touch of salt.. I typically order the baked potato (equally satisfying), which comes with butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and finely chopped chives..
The old school atmosphere of this restaurant and the quality of its professional waitstaff really brings the dining experience full circle..
Cattlemen’s is one of many great steakhouses in the Oklahoma City metro area, but one of the most unique from a historical perspective, so if you are visiting or passing through, you should give them a try..
