This is the go-to if you want authentic & flavorful, absolutely delicious! Don’t skip dessert either. Justylyn serves up excellent dishes and has a perfect patio spot to enjoy it.

I Lived in the Philippines back in the 1980’s. I loved all the traditional Filipino Cusine from back then. Lasa takes that food to another level. Everything, from the Lumpia, BBQ Chicken, Garlic fried rice, topped with fried egg was prepared to perfection!! The chef was very friendly and hospitable. A real gem in Steamboat Springs!!

OKKKKKKKK YESSSS!!!! Have been looking for good Filipino food in Colorado and was so shocked to find it at a pop up in steamboat! We tried some AMAZING pancit palabok, lumpia, mango mint lemonade, and biko kalamay and we loved it all!! The chef Justylyn is super friendly and shows so much passion through her cooking Stop by before Labor Day and the pop up ends! 1000/10 would come back!

What a tasty meal, from top to bottom! We had the speciality drink, the lumpia, the pancit and the dessert all hit the spot! Very refreshing and needed after a good hike. The chef was also very nice and gave us insight behind her cooking

I had the special Pork Sisog and it was absolutely unreal. Crispy and soft pork with garlic rice. Oh yea!!! I had it at the Common Bar while they had a DJ playing, so fun.
