I came in because of all the hype about the “new” Whopper.
It was 11:10 AM.
There was a guy using some kind of pressure washer standing in front of the main entrance cleaning the pavers. He didn’t seems to understand that customers are trying to go in and out there and don’t want to get wet. He appeared to be mostly in a trance, totally unaware of his surroundings and of other people.
Then, as you walk in, like everywhere else nowadays, everyone stands there and shouts “welcome in” to you like idiots. That’s not English. Stop saying it!
Then, in an empty restaurant, they made me stand at the counter for several minutes while they did other things behind the counter other than help the one person in line waiting.
When the cashier finally came to the register, she never looked up, and when she started talking, she spoke as if she were on the speaker to the drive-thru, saying “welcome to Burger King, where you rule. May I take your order?” So, I asked her, “are you speaking to me?”
She just nodded, staring at the screen.
I ordered a “Whopper with no pickles.”
She asked me, “Ok, now is that an Impossible Whopper, or a regular Whopper?”
“It’s a regular Whopper. I didn’t say ‘Impossible Whopper’.”
She went on, “so you want extra pickles, or just pickles?”
I repeated, “no pickles.”
She asked, “is that a meal or just the sandwich?”
“Just the sandwich, but I would also like a chocolate shake.”
“Is that for here or to go?”
“I’m done ordering yet. I also want a small soda.”
“For here or to go?”
“It’s for here.”
“Do you want anything else?”
“No, just those three things.”
She handed me my soda cup and I walked to the fountain. While I was getting soda, “she shouted at me, “Sir, your shake is ready!” Ok…
She stood there and waited for me to come get it. Then, I stood there and waited for my Whopper.
When it was ready, she said nothing and put it on a tray on the counter and walked away. Why did I have to get a three-item order one item at a time? Why could you not put it all on the tray and give it to me all at once as a complete order?
When I went up to get it, she shouted, “it’s very hot, please be careful, and stay safe!”
Are you nuts, lady?
This was the absolute strangest, most awkward and bizarre interaction I have ever had with a cashier.
Then, at 11:15 in the morning when I am presumably the first person to eat lunch here today, there are many dirty tables with people’s trash sitting on them and the floor is filthy.
I will say that the Whopper was outstanding. It didn’t even taste like fast food. The shake was great, too. However, they need to fix the people working here. It’s unacceptable that people working in customer service have zero interpersonal skills whatsoever.

I know it’s getting close to closing but we ordered our food at 10:02 p.m. then finally mention something at 10:32 p.m. cause we are not getting our food yet they’re too busy cleaning up instead of doing our order. We had just came in from our flight from Oklahoma cuz we’re going on a cruise tomorrow and of course this is the closest place to eat within walking distance. Honest to God if we hadn’t have said anything they would have continued to close the store and then kicked us out after we already paid for our meal is the way I feel. So currently still sitting here at 10:43 and still waiting for food. Don’t recommend. Especially if you’re traveling late.

I ordered by Uber eats, 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, side of onion rings, and 2 orders of chicken fries. I got the onion rings and chicken just fine. The burgers, however, were wrong. They were 2 SINGLES, no bacon. And had 1 onion ring, mayo and onions when I ordered just ketcup. They also had pickles and mustard as well, which I ordered without.

Dined in. Found out our order got messed up while picking up the food. The Manager immediately jumped in and apologized for the mistake and offered to make up for it at no charge, and she personally delivered it to our table. This is the kind of service that differentiates the great places from mediocre ones. The food was tasty as well. Thank you the Manager, sorry I didn’t catch your name.

Best Burger King ever. First off i didn’t know Burger King serves whoppers during breakfast time. The male cashier was very friendly and personable. I ordered a whopper no cheese and ended up getting a chicken sandwich. My husband went to exchange it. Not only did the cashier apologize and got right on replacing my sandwich. The manager as well as the sandwich maker both acknowledged the issue. They made my whopper hot and fresh, so good it tasted nostalgic, like from the 80’s. They also let my husband keep the chicken sandwich for the car ride home. This crew is awesome and food was hot and delicious. Kudos to the manager and crew that was on the 10am shift. Great customer service.

I know its fast food but quit being so damn lazy. Especially when no one but me and my wife in the drive through. Ordered 2 whoppers. Had to pull up to wait, so im thinking ok making it fresh awesome. Boy was i surprised. Wifes burger was fine. Mine on the other hand apparently got thrown in the microwave. Worst burger king experience . Trying to poat a pic dont see the option.

Stopped here today. It’s been years since I had a whopper. We were offered the Wednesday special and it was delicious!! Ladies at counter were very kind professional and helpful. Service was great! Thank you!

I saw all the reviews and planned ahead. I ordered the food when I was leaving my resort. Got there about 7 minutes later.
Our food was ready but not our drinks. While they made our drinks I checked our food. We had a few modifications for our order I was concerned they might mess up but everything was perfect, though they didn’t put the sauce for the mozzarella sticks and I didn’t notice but that’s fine and on me.
They weren’t like super friendly but I just made sure to be extra friendly myself. They fill your drinks for you but the online options were limited. So when I got my drink I actually tossed it and refilled with something else at the Coke freestyle machine. It didn’t have any ice though but that was fine for us.
All in all it worked out great for us. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was yummy. Will do the same thing next time as we are in the area frequently for the boat ramp.

The lady who worked there was top notch. They were out of Frappuccino. She told me if I came back a little bit later she would give me a free one. When I showed back up she smiled and said hey friend treated me like I was a long lost friend made my Frappuccino I’ve included a picture incredible top-notch place for a fast food joint.
