Hands Down one of my few favorite fast food chains. This particular location is always clean and the employees are very nice and friendly. Ordered the new cheesesteak burger a sandwich. It’s very good, but I wish the bread I had been different, more at least toasted.

Just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to say something to take my order. Drove around to someone to take my order and apparently they don’t sell the Mac and cheese nugget bowl that is advertised on their menu. Usually this location is great but the last couple of visits have made me think twice about coming back. They don’t have the meats, guys.

We ate here on a Saturday evening around 6pm. Upon entering we were really taken back by the state of the restaurant. Literally every table had food and other debris under it. The drink machine front was coming off and ice was spilling out. The pictures on the display are VERY misleading (I know, many restaurants are this way, but this is really bad) I ordered a brisket sandwich, please see pics to form your own opinion. I don’t know if I didn’t get the correct portion of brisket or if the Franchisor is misleading customers with the photos. Also, please see a few of the floor pics, I didn’t take pics of every table, but they had not been serviced.

We stopped in to try the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but was sorely disappointed! I will be stopping in to try this again to see if maybe we had a restaurant that wasn’t watching Temps or watching on how long to keep them before throwing them out, but the burger was almost like it was dehydrated! It was very dry and the consistency of the burger was very dense. Service was was ok for fast food place. There were 3 other tables seated while we were there.

I ordered a chicken slider and a honey mustard chicken wrap and neither was made properly. They decided to cut a chicken patty in half and use it for both items and they put a full slice of cheese in the wrap instead of shredded cheese. The dining room was dirty. Most of the tables were also dirty.

It used to be great the last 3 times though it’s been a bad experience. I won’t ever go there again . Got rudeness from the Managers a few times and few employees . They seemed like they were pissed you were bothering them . This time the same rudeness was missing some of the order . I was going to mention it but as pissy as they were I said the hell with and left . You’re managers and workers can make your business a success or ruin it .

Went there last night just for fries. Nothing like getting home after work go to eating your food and get half way thru an find a hair in it. Needless to say it went in the trash.What ever happen to at least having to wear hair nets when your cooking at a restraunt. Be a long time before we go back.

Ordered online, I got there to get my food, it was very fast service, but I left in a hurry to get home before the food got cold… when I started handed out food the two roast beef sandwiches were not cooked all the way, my chicken slider had stale looking lettuce hanging off of it, and my classic French and Swiss was just thrown in the wrapper because my cheese was all over the place and the bun was hanging halfway off the meat and I asked for several different sauces on the order and yet the only sauce that was in my bag was the marinara thankfully I got 3 Arby’s sauces and 2 bronco berry sauces which I had to ask for at the window (the young lady at the window seemed very kind, the man standing behind her watching her like she was being trained had an attitude, which he has had almost every other time I’ve visited for the past 3 or 4 years) and now I find out that I did not even receive my cherry turnover that is on the receipt, that sent me over the top. I double checked my receipt to make sure I actually put it on the order and I did but it was not in any of my bags. I will definitely not be spending over $50 there again just to receive $20 quality food.

The food is good, but the guy/s taking the order in the morning are ALWAYS incredibly rude especially when you order lunch in the morning. (I assume because they have to make it fresh…. It’s their job.) Have no manners, basically almost ignore you. They sound like you’re an inconvenience to them and hate their job. Maybe they should get a new job that doesn’t require customer service. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in the food. Gross behavior. I just drove off after ordering. I will never be returning.
