Delivery guy left the cheese pizza for my kids outside the front gate on the street and a raccoon ate it within 3 minutes. Store told me nothing they could do. Who leaves a pizza on the driveway on the street last time I try this place. Unfortunate, I was kinda looking forward to a nostalgic Little Caesar as I haven’t tried it since I was a kid. Off the cuff order and highly regret it.

Count your day. Smh I should have known better. I usually get my friend the Italian cheese bread but today he wanted a regular pizza with olives. Never again not to mention the guy taking orders almost refused to take mine asking everybody other man in the building (who had already ordered) One guy even said she’s next before he went to someone else.

This place is always making mistakes on my orders !!! SMH!!! My Family and I traditionally order the fanceroni pizza and ive noticed sometimes they will give u the wrong crust and just add extra pepperoni on top . So make sure to always check your order . I went back and forth with the store manager and she made me look crazy and acted like I din’t know what I always order . Never ordering here again

The Little Caesar’s in El Cerritos. Has really bad customer service. The guy working there would tell customer, that their order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and customers would come 20 minutes after and he would tell them oh your is going to take 10 or 15 min more. I ask to talk to the manager because they told me the same thing and the manager said well don’t you see….we are busy. So i said i totally understand your busy but don’t have the cashier tell customer that their order will be ready in 10-15 min if is not true. Tell them is going to take 30 minutes like it took me to get my pizza. The only two people that i spoke to were acting like if they didn’t want to be there. Honestly i understand there are tired but if you work customer service you gotta try your best to give your best and smile and greet customer like you should even if your tired. . They even messed up my order. But i guess i know better than to go there at the same time and days. Which was this Saturday 6/5/21 @ 7:45pm.
Remember that if you decide to go there just be ready for that.
