My friend and I went to this Chick Fil A just to get some drinks. She got a frosted lemonade. Upon receiving it we unfortunately found a hair in it. We to an employee to ask her to remake it. She rolled her eyes and looked away. Once we receive it we went and talked to the manager. We thought it was all solved. But the my other friend stayed back and heard her talking about us badly. I do not appreciate the talking about us, when SHE was the one that gave US attitude. Definitely don’t appreciate this experience.

LARGE dr pepper, 3 tenders ,fries, Polynesian sause , dr pepper float ,regular deluxe chicken sandwich no tomatoes (i’m allergic)
What i received
Regular size dr pepper, 3 tenders , fries , sweet and sour , dr pepper float, SPICEY chicken sandwich with tomatoes

Luckily my girlfriend took a bite first and knew there was tomatoes if not i would have been at the hospital. VERY disappointing

Whether it’s a long line, no line..the wait is definitely worth it. Customer service is always good and the food is always fresh!! My go to is the Cobb salad with nuggets with the Avocado dressing. Rain, sleet, or extreme heat, the employees mostly have a great attitude! You can’t beat having the chic fil a rewards app too which can speed up the process. Don’t let the line scare you

If I could give a one star review, I would! This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful Chick-fil-a establishment I have ever been to. Not only was my order carelessly prepared, there was no consideration or attempt to fixed the mistake they’ve done. Also, when I tried calling them to inquire about the mistake regarding my order further, a male employee lied about his position at the store and laughed in my face, proceeding to dismiss my complaint. I will not be returning to this location or any others for that matter; absolutely disrespectful.

This is exactly how my food came out of my bag. Sauces were thrown in the bag in my fries. It was extremely cold not even room temperature!!! Just freezing. This has happened a couple times before and I let it slide since I work in Lakeside I know how busy it gets but now I’m just kind of irritated because I’m definitely not getting my money’s worth. This is ridiculous.
