Steven was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient with my order. His excellent customer service really made the visit stand out. It’s employees like Steven who make a difference and keep customers coming back.
As for the food, it was fantastic as always. The [mention a specific item, e.g., spicy chicken sandwich/bone-in chicken] was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the [mention a side, e.g., biscuits/red beans and rice] were delicious. Everything was fresh and hot.

We were lookin for some food and we found this food chain, we were well surprised because the cashier was very polite, funny, energetic and so friendly. This place was clean, modern, it looked like it was new, restrooms smelled good and they were also clean. Prices were OK and the main thing – the food was delicious and we got extra wing for free. I totally recommend it to everyone.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Popeyes. When my mom went to pick up our order—after they told her it was ready—the employee, Carolina, was incredibly rude. Instead of giving a clear explanation, she stood there smirking at my mom, which was completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
Then she told my mom the food actually *wasn’t* ready and that they didn’t even have chicken. At that point, my mom understandably asked for a refund, and Carolina’s attitude only got worse. The way she treated my mom made it obvious she had no interest in helping customers or doing her job properly.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it’s shocking that someone with that attitude is allowed to represent the restaurant. We left frustrated, disappointed, and honestly stunned by how badly we were treated.

This is actually so embarrassing. I asked for the new chicken wrap and they gave me this little piece of chicken , a dab of mayonnaise and a piece of sliced Swiss cheese…. They said they didn’t have anymore cheese so they substituted with this piece of cheese and they apparently had no lettuce either at this location. This is so disappointing . At least if you don’t have all of the ingredients let the customers know before hand so you’re not false advertising. I am very dissatisfied

The experience was incredible. The chicken was delicious and very fresh, especially the sandwiches, and the manager was attentive and friendly. is the best. The atmosphere was cozy, and the decor was beautiful.

It was a terrible service. I ordered one spicy 9-piece combo and one classic 9-piece, but I only received 4 spicy pieces and 8 classic. On top of that, the employees didn’t know how to communicate since they only spoke Spanish, which made it very frustrating to fix the order. The service was disorganized, the order was completely wrong, and the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely don’t recommend this place

This location is not English speaking friendly. Ordered a large beans and rice and 3 spicy chicken strips. Asked if the displayed pies were strawberry cream cheese I was told no it was apple pie. I than added apple pie instead. Once order was placed, the male cashier than began speaking Spanish to coworkers in kitchen and other coworker on break eating at the counter beside the kitchen. All this for me not to receive a pie that I paid for. I get language barriers but these workers were not too pleased to serve this African American. Never again. Oh and the female cashier who was eating food with her gloves on walked to the front with the same hands and started touching customer orders without ever washing her hands or changing her glove once other customers started coming in. Be cautious and safe.
