Came in expecting a quick, healthy bite. Instead, I experienced poor service, a long wait, and acrylamide (cancer suspect agent) loaded food.
Food: Overly salty avocado on toast that was completely burnt on all sides.
Service: Awful. First, they forgot to make my order, then made me feel uncomfortable when I asked about it. Followed by giggles, and finally, a delivery of what you see in the picture.
Atmosphere: Strong bleach odor throughout the space, while chairs and tables appeared dusty or greasy.

This morning I broke a 3 day water fast with a smoothie. Of course I came to Choice for that. Alyssia is the best! She was great vibes from the minute I walked through the door, and super helpful with suggestions. I make a mean smoothie and I have to say that this one far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely delicious and I could taste the love and care put into it. Thank again Alyssia! I highly recommend this spot. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner Natasha and she’s an inspiration for sure!

I’m always on the hunt for good protein powder, since most is grainy and leaves a gross aftertaste. Choice has the best protein powder so far. Does not take away from the flavor of the smoothie, but adds to it.
Jinda is kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. We ordered the Orange Dreamsicle bowl with granola and raspberry chia jam, and the Avatar smoothie. Both are delicious.
We will be back when next in the area!

Choice Juicery is the absolute best, love this place so much! A gem of an Organic, plant-based smoothie and juice shop. I go to both the Solana Beach and Encinitas locations. Cannot say enough good things about the taste, quality, and the magic they use! 😉 I highly recommend the smoothies and juices. I’m mostly plant based and it’s so nice to have great vegan dessert options. The owner is super cool as well!
