Reservations – none, it’s seat yourself style. Can be hectic if they’re busy.

Parking – a small lot with a handful of parking spots, there’s also street parking right in front of it, and it’s right next to a Safeway.

Service – a bit slow if they’re busy, but everyone was friendly.

Food –
Santiago omelette – was recommended to us by the waitress. Delicious, would get it again. Overall rating 4/5.

Hash browns & chili – it may not look very good but also very delicious. Similar to the Santiago except it’s just hash browns. Would get it again. Overall rating 4/5.

Cinnamon roll – HUGE. About the size of a full size dinner plate, which was unexpected if you haven’t seen it before. A lot of butter, still tasty, but due to its size it was hard to finish. Would get it again (to share with multiple people). Overall rating 4/5

Coffee – tasted like dirt/very watered down. Maybe it was a bad batch, but disappointing since it’s a breakfast place. Difficult to drink, I could not finish even one cup. Would NOT get again. Overall rating 1/5.

Price – very inexpensive, you get a lot for what you pay for.

Thought I would try…love mom n pop places.
It was pretty busy on a Wednesday at 930am. Sat at a big table then waited for a smaller one and ask the waitress to move me.
Menu is typical diner food. No dietary restricted diners here. lol
Ordered bacon, Swiss omelet, came with hashbrowns, homemade white bread and I ordered one pancake to try.
It was just ok.
The omelet was overcooked. I only ate the filled portions. Didn’t eat tue hashbrowns. Bread was yummy.
Pancake was just plain. It was ok.
It can be loud when other customers talk to loud and phones going off etc.
My server was very nice but she was busy.

I had big expectations from the reviews. New to the area and was hoping to find an awesome local’s spot for a good meal. Such a disappointment. Omelet was flatter then my toast. Tasted bland with no cheese on top. Bland undercooked hash browns. Half buttered toast. Bad pancakes. Employees were cussing and unfriendly. Will never come back

The service and atmosphere are great here, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. It’s a favorite local breakfast spot, and the friendly staff always make you feel at home. The delicious food options, from sweet to savory, make it hard to choose. I highly recommend visiting this wonderful place for a great start to your day. You will definitely want to return for another delightful experience.

Lovely diner with great service and amazing food! We hears about the “dinner plate sized” cinnamon roll so we split one order for 4 people. Definitely enough to share! Their homemade toast is delicious and everyone loved their entrees. We’ll be back here if we’re looking for breakfast in Alamosa.

Busy on a Saturday morning but we were seated quickly and our food came out within 20 minutes. Delicious food. Some of the best pancakes we’ve had in a while. Great coffee too. Bathroom was clean. The dining area is very small so expect to make new friends.

We are visitors camping in the Rio Grande NF and I wanted to eat out one morning for breakfast. We wanted to try a small town diner for breakfast instead of a fast food restaurant and found this place after a Google search. We absolutely loved eating here. Lots of seating and very busy with local residents. The waitress recommended the breakfast special which was a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast for less than $6.00. The food was great, very tasty and hot, and the toast was a very large piece of bread that was equivalent to two slices. We will definitely be back.
