The server was very rude and had a very annoyed expression on her face. I never see anybody else eat here anymore it’s sad because it used to be really good one of my friends ordered a double cheeseburger and it wasn’t cooked all the way they started leaving while we were sitting inside eating and as soon as we left the dine in area they shut off the lights and it wasn’t even past dine in hours. Very disrespectful very rude now to mention a health risk.

4/30/24 @8 pm – I ordered 20 chicken tenders, two small fries, and one chocolate shake via drive-thru $33+. The cashier was nice. Short wait for fresh, hot, crispy tenders and fries. Great experience with napkins, sauces, and service with a smile.

I have been very disappointed in this Hardees. Been there in the morning at differebt times and they gave had No biscuits. Im sorry if yoy serve breakfast you should have enough biscuits to get you through the morning. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks.

Not our greatest experience. Came around 1030 or 11. Went inside to order. 2 adults 3 kids. Breakfast menu was up but employee said it’s lunch but didn’t change the menus around for us. Took about 15 or 20 minutes which is fine, but the food was not good. Nothing was hot which is weird considering we stood there waiting and went straight to our cars to eat once we got our food. Fries were not good, oil definitely needs changed. Burgers were dry and cold. Employee that took our order was not friendly and seemed more concerned with cleaning and Stocking than taking our order. We were just passing through on a trip and needed a quick bite so it sufficed but we’ve definitely had better.

Rarely go in to this Hardee’s location and this visit didn’t change my .ind and make me stsrt coming back. The Frisco sandwich in my order was un acceptable. The whole sandwich was cold..the bread had not been toasted or grilled like Frisco sandwiches are suppostrd to be. It was white bread..the meat of the sandwich was cold..not warm bit cold. When my husband took it up to the counter Carla the cashier that had took our order and handed to us when it was done and ready said “our grill is down today” .. my sandwich was grilled..this seemed to be an outright lie..not even an excuse. Under protest Carla took the sandwich and provided a fresher one. Our fries were cold. This visit was right right before high school kids and workers came in for the lunch hour rush. So busy the staff was not. In fact our order was only one they had at the time we ordered. Won’t be back not even if we’re desperate. Not a very friendly to the customer atmosphere

Went to the drive thru this morning, as we do most Sunday morning. Wait time was less than 3 minutes at the window. Omelet biscuits were perfectly made and the hash rounds were fresh.
