Alright, I have 7 years of experience in pizza. Most of which is in management in multiple businesses and locations.
I have always been a “little Caesar’s is not great but I’ll eat it” type of person.
I’m broke, a bit depressed, and lazy right now so I ordered a pizza through DoorDash.
I have never received a pizza that looked this good through delivery from anywhere before.
Toppings evenly distributed, and even bake, and perfect crust. Genuinely so impressed that I called them to tell them.
It was $20 with a tip due to a special going on for a large 2 topping and a dip cup. Insanely affordable all things considered.

Can honestly say I am not sure what Little Caesars have done to their recipes. But A-Mazing! Me and my husband are never disappointed when we order. And the location on Forest Hill in Richmond Virginia. Great people smiles on faces and great food. Plus with all the deals they have going on you’ll never be out of pocket for anything that’s not worth a bite.

The employees make all the difference, and right now they seem to have a good crew here. HORRIBLE! This place used to be great but now the staff is rude and the wait time for one pizza is always AT LEAST 30 minutes! The worst part is that they always lie about it, they’ll say “ it’ll be 5-6 minutes” and then it won’t. The food really isn’t that good to be putting up with the service. I almost forgot that the parking is insane because they take so long.

I got pizza delivered tonight and was greeted with a little surprise….
Update. Gave them a second chance. Got a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was literally cold (I picked up in store this time), the crazy bread literally had 2 small specks of cheese in each bite and the sauce had no garlic in it either. What a let down. I won’t make the mistake of coming back here.

This location used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and reliable meal, but things have gone downhill since the original team was replaced. The new staff doesn’t seem well-trained or equipped to handle even the basics of customer service.
Lately, service has been consistently slow and unorganized. I’ve experienced incorrect orders, long wait times, and a general lack of communication. It feels like the staff isn’t fully prepared or managed properly, and the overall experience has become frustrating.
It’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in quality. This store used to run smoothly, and now it feels like a completely different place — in the worst way. Unless improvements are made soon, I won’t be returning.

9/16/22 I bought the old fashioned fanceroni pepperoni, NEVER AGAIN! I know its made to company specs but is wayyyyyyy too much pepperoni. I got the combo which came with a 2 lt and breadsticks. Breadsticks fine, 2 liter Diet Pepsi OUT OF DATE! Dated Apr 11 22. The are not rotating stock and checking dates.
