I love this place! As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a branded greeting, which immediately lifts your mood. In 2026, Moe’s still holds the brand: the ingredients are always fresh, and their legendary salsa bar is just a salvation. My favorite is the Homewrecker burrito, it’s huge and very tasty. Be sure to try their free salsa chips, they are the best here!

I just got a burrito with double meat chicken queso and some other stuff and it was the largest most delicious burrito ive had in years, all their sauces are good the portions are amazing and it only costed 18 bucks for pretty much enough food to keep me going for the rest of the week. Id order again if I was there

The customer service was amazing. ALL of the staff looked happy and upbeat. The food, of course was a 10. This was my second time eating there. I can say, my first experience wasn’t a fluke.
11/15/25 been eating here at least twice a week since my first review. Last night I ordered online. My salad was made incorrectly. I had a receipt and email showing what I ordered. The worker who wouldn’t give her name by the way, was rude. I originally asked to have it remade but she wanted to argue about the order so I asked for a refund. She refused. She also said no manager was on staff. Another worker Shawn also refused to provide the ladies name. Please take the time to coach this team so they can provide better service. That lady looks to be around 50 or 60 and she has zero manners or empathy for customers.

Apparently, you have to be closer to the restaurant. I can’t believe I arrived and told that my order was already taken. Keep in mind I arrived on time for pick up. I never understood why something like this would happen. After providing evidence of an email and order status from the mobile app… at the end of it all I just left.

One of the best Moe’s Southwest Grill meals I’ve had from all the Moe’s I’ve been to throughout the southeast. Food was delicious, made by a nice man behind counter. The new chilli cherry hot salsa is fire too. Restaurant was clean, food was ready fast.

People here are giving it generous ratings, if you have been to any other Moe’s you could tell the food quality here tastes like it was taken out of the dump. My brother got locked in the bathroom not able to get out, and they tried to charge us for “hard rock” sauce… The stuff you get for FREE anywhere else. 0/10 just go to the next Moe’s.

So I came in as soon as they opened. Maybe the 2nd customer. So I walk up. No greetings or anything (customers that came in behind me were greeted) Brother asks what Im getting with the driest attitude. He was talking low, and the music was loud, so it was hard to hear him. I had to keep repeating “what you say” to him. So I’m done with him. Another guy comes to roll my burrito. He was a rookie. I asked for some and he wanted to put a spoonful on the burrito. Then he ask did you want some more. I paid for it, didn’t I? Then I asked for cilantro. He grabbed a handful. At this point, I’m over it. I just want to get out. He didn’t know how to roll. When I ate my burrito, you could tell they used the rice from the night before. Yea, I ain’t going back.
