All right, it needs to be said. I’m tired of these inexperienced people working here… I could go on about the young blonde boy that works here but today I just experienced a new girl who charged me incorrectly and gave me a dollar out of their tip jar??? so not allowed… She needs to be trained properly along with everyone else. It’s tiring. There are a few really good workers there who I appreciate! But I think you guys just need to do better with training.

Great location right off of the highway exit. Nice space to sit and work. They have a decent sized outdoor patio for the summer. Their staff is friendly and hard working. Nice stop!

Not much of a complainer but for some reason this location never gets my order right.
I ordered an iced latte and a brown sugar shaken espresso through door dash and the iced latte came with no ice and the brown sugar shaken espresso has no brown sugar or cinnamon.
I usually just ignore the mistakes, but this didn’t even have the ingredients that were in the name of the drink lol.
I didn’t ordered these saying no to anything. Not sure why that was removed from the drink.
If I wanted a shaken espresso I wouldn’t have ordered it as a brown sugar sugar shaken espresso remove brown sugar.

Seems like every time i go, my order is half or completely wrong. Ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and there was no cheese or bacon. Don’t like the attitude of half of the baristas either, seems very unwelcoming. Will never be back

I work from this Starbucks almost every day, and it’s consistently a great experience. The baristas are friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and there’s plenty of comfortable seating. Highly recommend.

I enjoy most all employees at Starbucks, and my drinks are typically good. However, I feel bad for the employees at the store, their floor manager Tina I believe talks to them so rudely, I understand that you guys are in a rush to get drinks out. But please treat your employees with respect and talk to them in a tone you would want to be talked to by someone in an authoritative position over you. I would not stay here if I was talked to in the tone I heard her talk to them in.

This is the only Starbucks in the Washougal/Downtown Camas area unless you go to the two at the Safeway’s, so I can understand why it’s busy. The thing with this location for me is that it’s so hit or miss. Usually the staff is friendly, and unless I’m in the cafe, the line for the drive thru goes quickly. It’s just been the drink quality; I know they can remake drinks, but when it’s busy I don’t feel like bothering. Once I got two white chocolate mochas and one tasted so bad I threw it out. Today was just something that I could fix at home, but I got whipped cream on my drink when I didn’t ask for it, and then I didn’t get a straw. I don’t know, it just feels like this location is horrible when it comes to handling drinks at busy times.
