Could we take a few minutes to clean the Freestyle machine and stock it with more than 2 choices? That’d be great.

Walked in at 705pm. Half a dozen employees. Two were baby sitting. Language was filthy. Stood at the counter after washing my hands. Every employee made eye contact none acknowledged my presence. I walked out.

The Wendy’s on 808 S. Ron McNair Blvd has been consistently disappointing. I placed an online order and when I arrived, I was told the item wasn’t available. Nowhere online did it say the item was out of stock or that they had stopped serving it. Yet the system still processed my payment, which is unacceptable and misleading.
If certain items are only served during certain hours, or if something is temporarily unavailable, then that needs to be clearly posted on the website or app. Customers shouldn’t have to guess what they’re actually able to order. This is basic communication and accountability, and it’s frustrating that this location can’t get it right.
On top of that, the food accuracy is terrible. I can understand a mistake once in a while—every place slips up now and then—but at this location, it’s every single time. Simple requests like leaving an item off a burger are ignored. Orders are wrong far too often to be written off as accidents. It feels like quality control and attention to detail just don’t exist here.
And it’s not just wrong orders. The lack of communication when something is out of stock, when a machine is down, or when they can’t serve a menu item is a recurring problem. Instead of being upfront with customers, they just let you find out the hard way after you’ve paid or pulled up to the window.
Whether they comp the order or throw in a substitute doesn’t fix the bigger issue: the experience here is consistently unreliable. Between inaccurate orders, unavailable items, and poor communication, it’s clear this store needs serious improvement in both management and staff training. Until they can provide accurate online menus, better communication, and basic order accuracy, I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

Our favorite stop for Apple Pecan and Cranberry Salad with Vingrette Dressing. Pretty low calories if you leave off the Blue Cheese!!

I wish I could give this location negative stars! From being antagonized at the window, from an impatient cashier to getting the most stale fries and inedible chicken wrap; stay away from this place. I called to provide feedback on my experience & I’m almost sure nothing will be done.

I went in, I ordered, sat at the table right in front of the counter and was there for 40 minutes!! When I asked they apparently forgot about it and had t even made it. The service was horrible, burger looked like a steam roller rolled over it. Yeah I wouldn’t not go there, they act like they don’t want to be there and kept giving me looks. I was not rude in anyway shape or form, even after waiting 40 minutes, I init thought they were just busy. I find it ridiculous and awful. Fast food sure has gone down hill. Almost not even worth it anymore

Food was great, was a bit of a wait, but well worth the wait for hot and good food.

Food came out quick and hot. Was disappointed that my app coupon would not work in store. The coupon said it could be redeemed either by mobile order or in restaurant and none of the staff were willing to over ride. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked.
