i got 3 different drinks and found something that wasn’t edible in it, and they stirred my drink with a fork, and also took 20 minutes to make 3 drinks, then the third drink had spoiled milk in it. the lotus had no flavor, one of the worst coffee stands i’ve went to.

My birthday is 12/25 I have a loyalty I have the toast app, I get this email on Christmas Eve saying my birthday treat is available I can’t go on Christmas Day everyone is closed I’m busy don’t want to waste gas to see if they even are open Christmas so I wait tell today the 26th to go get my treat well it’s still locked in the app email lied and the lady down there couldn’t even try and make it right no assistance nothing just ah you should have came in yesterday on Christmas Day yea okay so results never going to this place again coffee was better there back in the day anyway something’s always off when I order there now

Great coffee up to 32 oz fast friendly service. Slightly deceptive tho… Saw pictures of couches inside, but there is only standing room with outside seating. And we only stopped by because we had a zoom meeting. Not much of a coffee shop environment, but great coffee. And hey why not support the local guy!

Coming from someone who LOVES coffee and has had coffee from all over the planet, believe me when I tell you this is hands down, the very best coffee. Not only is the coffee to die for, the food amazing but what sets this coffee shop above the rest? The Customer Service is Out Of This World. The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing, super sweet and always have a smile on their faces. Weather you’re having a bad day or a great day, one thing is forncertain. Got coffee at 5 am. Recommended by a local over everything else. Stayed true to the recommendation. Coffee was great and the muffin was awesome. The lady was in high spirits and happy at that time. Would recommend if you are in this neck of the woods. Would visit again

Great drinks. I go 4-7 days a week, minimum of two drinks a day.
However, I have started to explore other local shops for a more consistent energy and a warmer atmosphere.
The girls have become unfriendly. We don’t get a “what can I get for ya” or “hey” they just look at you until you order and it makes you feel uncomfortable.
I keep going hoping for a change. It’s an awesome shop but they are the face of your business. So far, it’s been this way for the past two 2 months. I will miss my daily stops!!
