If you’re in León and craving sushi, Bambu is the place to go! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, with a stylish and modern vibe that sets the perfect tone for a great meal.
The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. I tried a variety of rolls, and each one was crafted with care and attention to detail. The standout for me was the spicy tuna roll—it was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure everything was just right.

We ate here after too many pilgrims’ menus. We can’t say enough good things about this place.
Carolina the owner also does front of house and puts so much personal effort into advising and helping non Spanish speakers.
All the food we ordered was exceptional. It was fresh and beautifully presented.
If staying longer we would definitely return. The 1km walk back to the cathedral area where we were staying was a great end to the day to walk off our fabulous dinner.
Don’t miss this gem for food or service.

El mejor sushi de León. Todo está delicioso, la atención es de diez y el lugar tiene un ambiente tranquilo e íntimo que se disfruta mucho. La presentación de los platos es espectacular, todo entra por los ojos. Pedimos langostinos en tempura, gyosas, fingers de pollo, el roll Carli’s, una yakisoba de pulpo, el Taiyo especial, el Kuro y el Tsurai —todos increíbles. Muy buen servicio, muy profesional y con sólidos conocimientos de los platos y sabores de la carta. Con lo difícil que es hoy en día la profesionalización en el sector, da gusto encontrarse con gente que pone ganas y empeño en lo que hace.
La comida, estaba todo espectacular, comimos:
-Ceviche de pez mantequilla, brutal para los sentidos.
-Un rollo frío de salmón, aguacate y mango, que era muy suave y sabroso al mismo tiempo.
-Un rollo en tempura de cangrejo con gambas salteadas por encima, no suele gustarme el cangrejo en el sushi pero había tal explosión de sabores que el cangrejo era lo de menos.
-De postre, un rollo de arándanos, galleta y limón que estaba delicioso.
Volveré sin duda por la calidad de los platos y la amabilidad del servicio.
