SCAM!!!
Be aware that you will get charged more than the menu prices.
You have got to be kidding me, you cant make this up!!!
1. None of the employees speak English. 2. There is no manage available.
3. They can’t give me a manager’s name to report the fraudulent charges
4. The fries were cold.
5. The overall (first time) experience with this place was horrible.
6. RAW chicken.
This place should be closed, and corporate WILL be notified. The employees there are scamming customers, so pay attention before you pay. I attached a picture of the menu and what they charged me.

This location needs work. Ordered around 100 dollars worth of food for my family and the boneless looked old or cooked in old oil. Sandwiches missing items requested. I will not be going back to this location. If someone eats here for their first time trying Charley’s, they probably would not try it again. The food I received would ruin a company’s Brand

I’ve asked kindly for my money back on 9/27/25 and patiently waited for it to be return to my bank current day 10/10/25. The guy who goes by the name Aldrin told me to wait a few days up to seven, so I did…nothing still. I asked for them to provide the owners number and they gave me the roundabout and said we don’t have it. No card or anyway to contact her which I didn’t bother giving my number due to them hanging up on customers who simply asked how to get contact with their Manager says a lot. I’ve tried to be reasonable with them but I’m not a charity just to give money away. To make it clear to the kid who thought I didn’t notice you sneezing on my food should understand you had time to correct yourself and stopped to be honest with your consumers that it happened and I would have waited for another to be freshly made but instead you and that girl still served it to me knowingly what you’ve done. Due to my experience I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.
