They’re rude half the time and they halfway fill the drinks, even the frappes, the fries and nuggets are never fresh and they are messy with their sandwiches, they be skimping on the condiments big time. I’m fed up with it and won’t be back. Prices continue to rise and the service and quality just keeps getting worse!!!

Pretty much same as most locations. This particular location tends to mess up the orders pretty often. With that being said the turn over rate must be high because you see new faces all the time. If you can not keep employees you are constantly training new hires. You get what you pay for. Overall everything looked clean

At the speaker I ordered a frozen coke and asked for 2 of the more fresh apple pies. Then a voice comes across the speaker.. telling me if I want fresh pies it will be 15 min…. not what I asked for.. just asked for 2 of the freshest that you have. Go to the 1st window and pay. 15 min later I am at the 2nd window. The girl tells me they don’t have any apple pies, they are out, she will have to give me a refund. Ok?? No apple pies at all? Weird since that’s like a McDonald’s staple.. at least I thought… the manager tells me to park and she will get my refund.. a woman named Dana Martin. Very snotty, rude woman named Dana Martin. I told her,no. I would prefer not to park, because then you will forget about me… like you have twice already this week. Her response… totally blew my mind!!! “We are supposed to call the police if you refuse to park. Company policy.”
My response, “Excuse me? YOU sold me a product that you don’t even have. YOU took my money. Now YOU want me to park to wait on my refund and if I don’t YOU are going to call the police? Really? Well please do call. Because I would LOVE to fight that in court!” She walks away and leaves me sitting at the windows for 5 more min. Before bringing me the refund for 2 apple pies!! Really?? Dana Martin does NOT need a job in customer service at all!!!
This McDonalds has parked me MANY times!! Once for 30 min waiting on 2 holiday pies. Another time for 45 min for a chicken wrap. When I refuse to let you PARK AND FORGET about me AGAIN, YOU want to call the police? What happened to… without customers YOU don’t have a job?!?!?! What about McDonald’s having superior customer service?!?!? All out the window i assume!! Most of the time they don’t say thank you at ALL! My opinion… franchise needs jerked away! AND DANA MARTIN DOES NOT NEED A JOB WITH THE PUBLIC!!
In the past I have been at the counter and heard her tell the crew… “if they don’t like the wait, they can go elsewhere to eat! Take your time guys!”
WHAT?? Is this really where we want to send our children for their first jobs? Is this why they are so rude here? The ‘manager’ is teaching them NOT TO CARE!!! CORPORATE MCDONALDS…. DO YOU APPROVE OF THIS CUSTOMER TREATMENT??

My recent visit to this establishment proved unproductive, as I traveled from Beckley specifically for this purpose. Despite the advertised closing time of 12 AM on Fridays, the premises were closed at 10:30 PM.

We are in town and chose Mickey D’s for lunch.The price point was very good with 2 for $6 dollars.The Qtr pounder was fresh,hot and tasty,the Big Mac was equally as good ,the Filet of Fish was hot ,and the bunn was soft and very delishious.The basket of fries is a great value ,hot fresh and salted just right,top it all off with a 1/2 cut sweet tea and our meal was complete.The team at the Beaver WV location once again provided a very good lunch experience.Fast service,tasty food and courteous personal.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Hands down. I would award zero stars if possible. Their drive-thru speaker doesn’t work sometimes, forcing you to yell at the top of your lungs for your order to be heard (but then suddenly and miraculously it works fine for the person behind me after I just announced my order three times to the entire county). No matter what I order from there, it’s always incorrect. Without fail. I can count the correct orders I’ve received from them on one hand after going there regularly for 4-5 years (4-5 years too long). Staff seem to be mostly clueless; there’s been multiple times I’ve waited 10+ minutes for a two item order, only to be brought out the wrong food even after the wait. Management obviously does not care as this has not improved in the least. And good luck complaining through the correct avenues, as if you bring up such a thing to staff, before you get management you get a rude teenager with zero customer service skills to dismiss your problem entirely and go on about their day. I should’ve persisted in these instances and not left until I spoke to management, but that would be all the longer I was forced to be in the presence of rude individuals that cannot even pretend to want to resolve a problem. I regret every cent I’ve spent here. I wish I could get that money back and use it to bribe people to go to the Taco Bell across the road instead.
