My husband has celiacs disease and they were able to accommodate his special needs. Only four stars because we wish they had more options for him. Otherwise the food is great! I had the Philly cheesesteak sliders (so good!) and the potato option (can’t remember what it’s called) was tasty.
Also enjoyed their old fashioned (they have a great selection of other drinks at half off during happy hour).

I’ve been here a couple of times. The hostesses are friendly and welcoming. My favorite server is Justin. My go to for starters is the shrimp wrapped in bacon. Tonight I chose the roasted chicken with steamed asparagus. The steaks are delicious and the crab is scrumptious. There is also live music which is a plus.

“We accidentally reserved the wrong location (Palace Station instead of Santa Fe), but the staff at Santa Fe went above and beyond. The host called the other location to cancel our table and sat us right away. The service was top-notch, and the food was even better—the garlic roasted chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious, and my wife’s burger was cooked to perfection. A true local gem!”

The Charcoal Room Steakhouse at the Santa Fe Station Casino is fantastic. Don’t let this unassuming steakhouse which is inside a casual casino off the Strip fool you, every detail of your meal will be top notch. First, our server Justin was all thumbs up, he let us know that the grill chef Frank was working and our meal will be to our expectations and then some. From the beverages and the starter basket of bread set the tone, then my Wedge Salad and our Calamari arrived and they were delicious. My Rib Eye was superb, medium rare throughout. Others had the NY Strip and it was incredible. The Lobster Tail was the most tender and flavorful they had ever had anywhere. The Asparagus and creamy buttery Mashed Potatoes were an incredible addition to our meal. The Creme Brûlée was the finishing touch ending this impeccable dining experience. All the staff were friendly and always available to fill our needs. Do yourself a favor and ask if Justin and Chef Frank are working the night you are going.

We celebrated Christmas at The Charcoal Room, Santa Fé Casino. It was a fantastic experience that lived up to the hype. The restaurant truly captures the classy steakhouse vibe with its dim lighting, fireplace, bar, dark wood paneling, and comfortable leather booths.
Our server, Justin, was exceptional! He was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent beverage recommendations (pomegranate martinis) and was attentive without being overbearing.
The food was outstanding for the most part. We started with the chilled oysters and lobster, which were fresh and perfectly presented. For our main course, my husband and mother-in-law had the filet mignon; both were cooked to a perfect medium-rare and were incredibly flavorful and tender. The creamy whipped potatoes were a highlight, too. The shishito peppers were a new delightful touch to our steakhouse dinner.

Very nice ambiance with energetic atmosphere . I had a Porterhouse with loaded potato and asparagus. The sides tasted wonderful, and the steak was medium well, season great & flavorful. The only issue I had was that the steak a little tough. Although we had two servers the service was slow and it took about an hour to receive our meal after ordering. As a matter of fact we had to cxl a drink order that took to long as we were attending a concert that we’d be late for. The drinks tasted wonderful. I’d eat there again I’d just do so on a not so popular night

I was beyond impressed with the quality of the food for a casino steakhouse. We had the bacon wrapped shrimp and the 10 ounce fillet as well as the lamb chops. The food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. And the prices were more than fair. The bartenders were also awesome and on point.

This was our first time dining with you, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. I started calamari (enough to share) for my appetizer. My entree was a pan-seared salmon, served eith creamy mashed potatoes, and sautéed spinach. The salmon was expertly seasoned – a touch salty, yes, but this was balanced by the richness of the potatoes and the freshness of the spinach. My husband opted for the bone-in ribeye, and we shared the incredibly smooth and flavorful mashed potatoes. His ribeye was exceptional; the seasoning was spot-on and the meat itself was unbelievably tender.
Beyond the delicious food, the service was awesome. Our waiter, John, provided attentive and friendly service without being intrusive. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed – a perfect setting for a special occasion like our anniversary. We will certainly be returning!
