They have done alot to make the experience in the store pleasurable. Even as much as retraining the grill staff. Hank always does an amazing job but not his supporting cast are doing a way better job with preparing Good food and even customer service. Been going to this same store for the past 10 years. Today was One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life from a corner store! They tried to charge me 7.50 for a sandwich with just bread and turkey and thats it! I didn’t want it anymore, i just wanted the drinks for me and my daughter, so then he said i couldn’t buy any thing else if i didn’t get the sandwich and grabs it from me!!! The most disgusting customer service i have ever encountered. If John was there i wouldn’t have experienced this but the other guy with glasses is horrible to most of the people that comes there! He needs to be fired! Will never step foot in there again! If i can give them 0 stars, that’s what it would be.

In & out Deli is the one and only deli you can go to in Roosevelt for fresh food. I’ve Been going there for years now and I have never been disappointed. The food is delicious the service is great. A sure to go to spot if you live in Roosevelt or just passing through.

Not too fond of the morning cooks! They have this one big cook there that eats while she is cooking other ppl foods. Also that same cook will clean up with the same gloves she was eating with and wiping her hands on her clothes and then go back to cooking. I recommend only going to this deli after 4 when she’s not there!!!!!
