Another great find. Zipped in to get directions and accidentally came out with a delicious Bacon Avocado Sandwich. ♀️ This small and quaint deli (828 Cafe) is truly a gem. Could smell the savory food as I entered the parking lot. Great staff, quality food and some of the friendliest customers. If you’re ever in the area; it’s a great place for breakfast/lunch.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we knew this would be a fun place. The music had us dancing on the way up to order. We had service with a smile to answer any questions we had about the menu and specials. I decided to try the chicken burrito bowl with avacado and everything else that came with it. The breakfast and lunch menus both are loaded with options that make it hard to choose! The burrito bowl did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients that you could taste individually. Good rice, flavorful salsa and chicken, so many flavors that went together perfectly. It was like that dancing feeling walking in! 🙂 It also came with very nicely cooked house made chips…which are definitely one of my love languages. When in the area, this place is a must try. Indoor and outdoor seating, good service, fresh food, good portion size.

OMG the breakfast and lunch bowls are amazing! One of my favorite local spots in Franklin. Clean eats, great service, great prices and nice atmosphere with outside seating option. Love eating out on the back patio in the beautiful sun while looking into the mountains. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure ✌️

I want to add that I’d looked at the menu prior to arriving because I have some dietary issues. I didn’t realize what I had picked out was only available for breakfast. So I was frantically looking over the menu trying to figure out Plan B when an employee came over and invited us to look at the specials of the day and that’s how I learned about the smashburger and GF bun. I was so relieved. This simple act by the cashier saved me from a lot of food frustration and I ended up having probably the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten. Thank you!

First time eating here and it was amazing. The decor is nice and makes the whole place feel cozy, music playing at just the right volume to be heard without being overwhelming to diner conversation. The coffee was good, food was great! (Definitely try the chorizo omelet) and best of all the staff was attentive and friendly. This is on my list of must return.

This place is a hidden gem! Breakfast was great. We had the Belgian waffle with eggs, sausage (highly recommended) and bacon. Everything was super fresh and clearly freshly prepared. Atmosphere is perfect and everything seemed very clean. We’ll be back soon (probably today for lunch!)

My husband and I tried 828 Café while in town. Although the food was fresh, it lacked flavor. We had the chorizo burrito and chicken sandwich. The food was all well made, prepared nicely, and the customer service was great but just bland. The fries were the most flavorful part of the meal.
