We celebrated a fabulous family event yesterday afternoon and were blown away by the incredible job the team at Rust and Gold accommodating our group of 50+ people to celebrate our son and future daughter in law’s surprise engagement! This was where they had their first drink together. The manager Evan was amazing! He reserved a large area next to the bar with several booths. We used bracelets to keep track of our tab. Fabulous finger foods and drinks were served promptly to our guests as they arrived. This skilled staff attended to our every need so that we could enjoy celebrating with our son, daughter in law, families and friends! So grateful and wish I could give more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Me and my best friend came here last night for drinks and had a lovely time. We each had an espresso martini and a cosmopolitan, both were delish! All the bartenders were super friendly and the service was great. DJ stand was a nice touch. This is a good place to come for casual drinks, but the crowd on a Saturday night is mostly people in their thirties, but maybe we were there too early!

If you are looking for a lively sports bar with a good beer, burger, and crowd, then you must be looking for the Rust & Gold located in the heart of Huntington Village on Gerard Street. The industrial-type decor gives off a more urban vibe while the food screams comfort all through their menu. The staff is friendly and attentive. The chef prepares each item so it tastes delicious and amazingly seasoned at decent pricing. The place has good seating, multiple TVs, and a big bar that draws a crowd.

Came here for a Saturday lunch and were seated promptly. We enjoyed the food & drinks but the service was kind of lousy. The table behind us had the same complaints; appetizers, entrees, drinks, and check all took an extremely long time to come out.

We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Sesame Buffalo wings, and Bacon & Ranch Chicken sandwich. The frozen Strawberry Watermelon margarita was delicious!

“This must be the place”

Yes, it was the place for the great chicken wings and french fries. We enjoyed the food and their wings were far better than anywhere else around Huntington. Even their ranch and blue cheese sauces were amazing. Also, our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

The ambiance, decoration and music were all wonderful. The place was very airy with super high ceiling.

I would definitely go back for their wings soon.

Went on a Friday night, it was pretty busy. If you want a sports bar vibe this is the place. Baseball game was playing on all the screens, music was super loud so don’t sit inside if you want to have a conversation.
The mozzarella triangles with vodka sauce are delicious, definitely a must try. I got a burger and it was fantastic, the R&G sauce really enhances it.
Loved our waitress, Valerie, she was fantastic. Definitely worth stopping in and checking it out.

Came here for the first time after the holiday parade. The bouncer (who works for a firm and not R&G itself) told me that my ID was fake and proceeded to confiscate it. The trouble here is that it is a legitimate license. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I called the police; they verified that it was a real license and ordered the bouncer to return it to me. Never before have I had this issue.

The food has gotten better over the years but still needs some work…. The expansion of the tables on the right side was a great idea. I was able to get a drink in under 10 minutes which is an upgrade from previous times I’ve been. There. Keep doing what you guys are doing and when the college kids come back from school for break this winte r….please please please keep the same vibe.

We came here with a group of friends to surprise our friend for her engagement and were told we could sit outside and a server would come over. Unfortunately, no one ever came. At 8:00 PM we repeatedly went inside to ask about ordering, and each time we were told to just sit outside and someone would be right with us—but no one ever showed.

When we finally went inside to place an order, the bartenders didn’t seem to know how to make many of the drinks on the menu and often said they didn’t have the ingredients for them. On top of that, the drinks we did receive were completely different from what we ordered.

The service was consistently disappointing all night. What used to be a fun and enjoyable spot has really gone downhill. The staff behind the bar seemed unprepared and inexperienced, and it made the whole experience frustrating.

This place is pure gold. They have the Sesame Buffalo wings I’ve dreamed about since The Bull Moose Saloon in Manhattan closed. These are better. The Mozzarella Triangles were filled with gooey cheese and the baconless vodka sauce was delicious. The pretzel was also great and came with three sauces. I enjoyed the house Blonde Ale (in tribute to Blondie, who I was seeing that night at the nearby Paramount Theater), as well as a Narragansett Lager suggested by the server. The service, by the way, was superior. I’d drive two hours just to visit The Rust and Gold again. If you are headed to a show at the Paramount, make sure you stop here first.
